The Company

Our client was established in the mid 1990’s as a strategic partnership between a major listed US Financial institution, and a local European Property Developer. The company was formed to acquire, develop and manage real estate properties internationally in order to meet the requirements of the extensive worldwide network of the parent company and their corporate and real estate clients. Initially with a strong focus on the emerging markets of Central & Eastern Europe, it has in the meantime expanded to Western and Southern Europe as well as to Russia, and is already targeting new markets in South-Eastern Europe. Currently subsidiaries of the company are established and successfully active in Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic, Germany, Italy and Russia. As of today, the company has successfully completed the development of over 20 projects comprising a total investment volume in excess of $850 million and 650 square metres (7.3 million square feet) of rentable area.

The Role

We have a number of opportunities for ambitious, experienced and qualified project managers who wish to further their careers in a dynamic, growing company and work on a range of high-profile projects. The roles will involve project-based work in one of the above locations. Professional qualification, 5+ years of relevant experience, excellent computer skills and ability to present at senior level are required. Local language knowledge would be desirable but not essential to all positions.

The Role

The position requires a professionally qualified quantity surveyor to oversee the management and effective development of a small team of surveyors working in the commercial and retail sector. Reporting directly to a senior equity partner, the candidate will be fully accountable for all a portfolio of well known blue clients. Whilst the position is to fill a warm desk with considerable existing workload, it is anticipated that the successful candidate will be able to generate additional commissions independently.
