Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications promise companies the ability to market and sell services precisely tuned to customer needs.

But in an era of SPAM and Do Not Call lists, segmentation and event triggers aren’t enough to deliver high customer response rates. Why settle for 2-3%

customer response rates when you can do better?

Combined, ARM and Teradata Database:

> Reduced server load. ARM uses the power of Teradata Database for 99% of all campaign processing to support large numbers of complex marketing campaigns running with enormous volumes of data. In addition, you can optimize resources using workload management tools.

> Optimized processing. ARM has the ability to execute business logic on all available Teradata nodes. It is continuously optimized for Teradata Database to ensure the best possible performance under the most demanding loads, reducing overall CPU usage, Spool, and IO (Input/Output). The result is reduced network load and improved worker productivity.

> Improved performance. ARM and Teradata Database provide the full benefit of Teradata parallel architecture and linear scalability.

Processing inside the database eliminates the requirement to extract data from the database.

> Improve continually. ARM

Development performs benchmarks of the ARM application performance to compare release over release and to provide scalability from a database perspective.

> Scale with your data. ARM data processing scales smoothly with Teradata Database.

Aprimo Relationship Manager

Reporting extension not only provides pre-built campaign reports, but in many cases even more important, it provides OLAP analysis made possible by the Microsoft SQL Server Analysis Services platform which is used to build rich and high performance analytical models that can be accessed and visualized from Microsoft Excel to analyze campaigns ad-hoc.

Part of these powerful ad-hoc analysis capabilities is a multidimensional cube storing campaign information for analysis utilizing Microsoft SQL Server Analysis Services. The analyst user will then use Excel Pivot Table to access this campaign cube to perform the required ad-hoc analysis.

Furthermore users can build their own reporting templates and customized reports using Excel, saving or sharing their results as Excel files.
