POLISH E-BANKING AND M-BANKING IN NUMBERS:

Banking has greatly changed in the recent years. Advanced technologies have opened

a number of opportunities to banks with regard to contacting customers, sales, and

communication. They have also launched dynamic changes of consumer habits.

This

development provides banks with new challenges:

how to optimally use the potential in technologies to create added value,

develop the offer or shape the relationships with the new generation of

customers?

how to effectively tame gigabytes of data streaming to the bank and convert

them into higher profit?

how to best prepare the organisation for the challenges ahead of it, including

opposing the wave from the FinTech sector?

Among experienced practitioners, enthusiasts and visionaries we will look for the best

ways and possibilities of putting technology to use in banking - numerous product

inspirations, examples of effective use of integrated data, as well as methods of

building added value will allow to find the new ideas to improve turnover and profit

from e-banking.
