(1) Whether her department is prepared for digital education; if not, why not; if so, what are the relevant details;

(2) who will provide the (a) necessary Information and Communication Technology (ICT) training to educators to enable them to teach these skills to learners and (b) ICT equipment to educators and schools for training;
