Layne Schultetus Deputy Sheriff

I’m a retired Palm Beach County Deputy and when it was that time for my mother to have her personal residence sold in Gainesville I went with the trust of a former law enforcement officer to get it done. He put our needs first and took care of all the details. After a few months of no offers, Ron advised us that waiting for offers at a higher price has no marketing effect on obtaining offers. So we took his advice, lowered the price by $5,000 and it sold. I would recommend his services to anyone.

I was referred to Ron by a co-worker in my office to get my mother’s home sold in a retirement community in Gainesville. I’m very happy that I hired Ron to sell it. He gave personal attention to every detail and was a pleasure to deal with. His advice as to what it was going to take to get it sold was right on the mark. I would refer anyone interested in buying or selling to call Ron.

When my wife and I were ready to move up into a new home, I contacted Ron to sell our home and locate for us a new one. He did a great job on coordinating the sale and our new purchase. Now, 18 years later, we are in a search to up-grade again and we are staying with Ron. We have since had other business dealings and trust him to get the job done again.

I want to thank Ron for his patience in locating a home for my family. We had very narrow and specific requirements such as location, condition, and good resale value if we had to move. He accomplished our goals, and has that professional-personal touch as well. It was a pleasure to deal with him and I will not hesitate to ask him to be my real estate agent in the future.

I was referred to Ron years ago by a business associate who found the perfect home for me. He also located and then negotiated for me the purchase of a large commercial retail plaza that I have now owned for over a decade. I love my house and my plaza and I’m thankful that I was referred to him. He is always available by phone when I am in the need for advice on property, my tenant issues and real estate in general. He is always honest and informative and I’d recommend him to anyone.
