Titel: Lehrers Englisch – PRECISE Projektnummer: LLP-LdV-TOI-2007-013
Jahr: 2007
Projekttyp: Innovationstransfer Status: abgeschlossen
Land: HU-Ungarn
Zusammenfassung: We are preparing two courses for in-service vocational trainers and teachers.
One course is an online, multimedia, interactive IT English course in Moodle platform for practicing IT teachers to improve their language skills - with focus on reading comprehension and technical vocabulary - in order to enable them to be more successful in their professional career.
The units of the course concentrate not only on IT fields like Networks, Programming, Hardware-Software etc, but cover issues like electronic material development or mobility. The other online course is meant for E-tutors to prepare them for the tasks related to online tutoring such as online consultations, electronic evaluation, course management etc.
Both courses are supported by a so-called E-Exam software that offers about 500 interactive tasks for additional practice and online evaluation purposes.
Beschreibung: The project's main objective is to produce an interactive online course for IT teachers and trainers to increase their IT-related English skills.
In order to achieve the main aims, the partnership is involved in electronic course and material development, the creation of multimedia elements, the design of evaluation and self-assessment tasks etc.
The project is based on the outcomes of a previous Leonardo Project, in which some of the present partners (Bg, UK, RO, PT, HU) already participated.
