ACCESSING SECURE PAYMENT PORTAL

1. Click on the 1st Auto tab at www.thewrcgroup.com or www.1stauto.com

2. Click on 1st Auto Bill Pay

• First Time Users: You will need to register for the User ID and Password. Please refer to the section titled “Create a User Account” later in this manual.

MAKE A PAYMENT: REGISTERED USERS

1. ***The upgraded system requires registered users to have three security questions instead of just one. You will be asked to add two more questions the first time you log in.

2. Enter the policy number for which the payment is being made:

3. One Time Payment Information:

• Frequency: Choose One Time • Payment Amount: fill in

o The system will not allow you to enter payment less than $20.00 • Payment Date: Choose Pay Now or Pay on future date

o You can change the date to a future date but cannot enter a date before the current date

a. Change Frequency to: Recurring Payment b. Frequency Options: choose from drop down c. Payment Amount: fill in

i. The system will not allow you to enter payment less than $20.00 d. Next Payment Date: Click for calendar

i. You can change the date to a future date but cannot enter a date before the current date

ii. You cannot enter a payment date on a holidays or weekends.

e. Duration: Options to continue for x# of payments, continue until date or continue until cancelled.

• Bank Account Type: select Checking or Savings and check box if a business account. o Note you can save this payment account for future use

• Email address: This will be autofilled from your profile, or you can change it to redirect elsewhere and save the address to your profile.

MAKE A PAYMENT WITHOUT REGISTERING

1. At Welcome screen click “Pay Without Registering”

2. Enter Policy Number 3. Enter Payment Information 4. Enter Contact Information

CREATE A USER ACCOUNT

1. On the log in screen select “Register”

• Your User ID must be between 6-16 characters and can consist of letters or numbers.

• Password must be between 6-12 characters and must include 1 letter and 1 number. The User ID and password may not be the same.

• You will also be required to include three unique security questions and answers. Guidelines:

The next screen will display a message indicating the registration is complete:

UPDATING PROFILE AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

Login with User ID and Password

Go to the My Account tab (registered users only)

View payer Profile, Payment Methods, Schedule Payments and Electronic Payment History

FIND A PAYMENT

To locate a prior payment, enter either a confirmation number from the original confirmation email or the email address you used to make a payment. The confirmation number is optional.
