APPLICATION PROCEDURES STEP BY STEP

STEP ONE:

a) APPLICATION ONLINE

Once we receive your names and dates of birth you will receive an e-mail with the Access Code to proceed with the Application Online.

INSTRUCTIONS:

Please read carefully this instructions before proceeding because the system will automatically stop if you spend too much time to complete this application.

DEADLINE: 31st May 2014 1) How to Enrol Online

Starting from the website: https://sol.liuc.it/esse3/Home.do

Click on the English flag (up right), then “Application Form for Incoming Students” down left.

2) Access

Your ACCESS CODE (TOKEN Code) is indicated in the e-mail you have received from “LIUC International Office” and it has 4 numbers.

Please put the TOKEN CODE, NAME, FAMILY NAME (and DATE OF BIRTH) as stated in the e-mail you received as the system recognises those inserted by us and any kind of accent or different character is not accepted by the system. Then PROCEED.

Example:

Access Code: 1821 Name: Harry

Family Name: Potter

3) Complete (Please fill in ALL boxes!)

Please complete the data. When you insert the COUNTRY where you were born the system will update the page and remove the PROVINCE.

When you insert the TOWN and click on FORWARD the system will automatically calculate a “fiscal code”. Then click again on “FORWARD” to Step 2.

PLEASE DO NOT fill in the box ITALIAN ID NUMBER!

Please complete with your home address, NOT the address in Italy.

As before, once you insert the COUNTRY, the system will update the page and remove the PROVINCE, after this please go ahead and complete the data.

After clicking on PROCEED the system will ask you for more information:

Please note the system will ask you to put the international code of the phone number twice: in the first part you will be able to see only the Italian one (+39) so please ignore it and then put the right one in the following box.

At this point you will be asked to indicate a password which will be used once in LILUC for your personal internet site SO PLEASE DO NOT FORGET IT! You can have it printed at the end of the registration.

Once finished you will see a “registration summary where you are still able to make some changes in case something is incorrect:

If no more changes have to be done you can confirm and click on SUBMIT Last step:

You can see a summary of the most important things to be remembered.

Once completed the Application online you can print the summary with your user name and password and you will also receive an e-mail sent by “LIUC International Office” with the same information.

b) ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FORM

This document has to be completed in all its parts in capital letters. The original copy of

this document has to be sent by post together with:

•

a readable and still valid copy of your passport or identity card (driving licences are

not accepted);

•

a passport size photo (scanned photos are not accepted);

•

a recent transcript of records (list of the exams you have already passed in your

home university);

•

language proficiency form

•

the “Personal Identification Code” form

c) PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION CODE

This is an Italian identification code required for signing contracts of any kind in Italy (to

open a bank account, to arrange housing, to have an Italian mobile phone number,

etc.).

Complete the form you will find in a separate file using the guidelines you will find

below as the form is in Italian. Even if the file is in PDF it can be completed.

Please, read carefully and complete the form following the instructions in all its parts,

sign and send it by the deadline.

Handwritten applications are not accepted.
