Site Overview

Capacity - Supporting a total of 308 racks in 42U or 48U 600mm x

1,000mm up to dual 10kW diverse power supplies. Available from ¼ rack to caged environments.

Configuration - 2 Secure Data Halls – data halls available in Amp, kW

per annum and kWh models in singular rack to caged configurations. A PCI DSS compliant facility with expansion capacity for up to 1,200 further racks.

Support - 24x7 on-site remote hands, monitoring and support

available to all customers. On-site Cloud, Managed Services and Colocation.

Security - Steel perimeter fencing, secure 24x7 manned security

entrance with HD CCTV cameras, PAC access controlled into each

Power - 3.25MVA incoming supply from SSE to on-site substation and

resilient HV network and TFX. Option for further 6MW from a separate substation via 11kV resilient ring supply to the site to support expansion. Power delivery is N+1 to each rack on the site.

Cooling - Blended Fresh Air technologies and Variable DX redundant

cooling solutions to 1,400kW.

UPS - 2N+1 Blended Emerson and MGE Galaxy units with up to 30

minutes autonomy.

Standby Generation - 2 x FG Wilson 2,250 kVA Prime Rated units in
