Options for the occasional telecommuter
Inter-Tel also offers the IP Single Line adapter for those who work from a remote location occasionally. Connect the IP Single Line adapter to a high-speed internet connection (such as DSL or cable modem), then plug any standard home phone into the adapter’s jack and telecommuters have the same basic functionally (minus the display features) offered by the IP Phone at a lower cost.
