Analysis of Computer Information Technology

in the Era of Big Data

ABSTRACT

This paper studies the computer information technology in the background of large data age, combines the theory and practice, and adds new research methods to enrich the research content of the topic, and the original simple theoretical research innovation is "theory - reality - action". Three aspects of research, more convincing and influential. This paper studies the status quo of the development of large computer data in the background of the new era, and systematically analyzes the development trend of computer data development under the background of the new era and understands its main development direction, analyzes the necessary factors of the development of large computer data its development outlook.

INTRODUCTION

In a broad sense, the big data is a huge data system and its related development, production and use of systems; in a narrow sense, it mainly refers to the large number of data produced by people every day. Whichever concept is used, the big data exposed is only as the tip of an iceberg at present. The degree of research for large computer data is only one ten thousandth or even higher at this stage. The development of large data needs the support of three aspects, including the theory, technology and practice. Because China is still in the development process, the processing and research of big data is also an undeveloped virgin land. Therefore, the definition of big data, in simple terms, includes the use and research of large amounts of data.

CHARACTERISTICS OF THE BIG DATA

The big data has four very obvious characteristics: Volume, Velocity, Variety and Value. Rather than regarding the four “V”s as the typical characteristics of big data, the four “V” can be interpreted as four levels of the big data[1]

. Specifically, first, the data capacity exceeds the traditional data capacity; the unit of which has reached the PB level from the TB level, and it is still under development and utilization. Second, the data types are rich and complex, and the data information produced mainly includes the network log, video, pictures, geographic information, etc. The capacity of _________________________________________

these data types is also growing with the continuous development of computer technology, and the production volume of these data types is also growing with the development of mobile terminals. Third, the processing speed is high. On the one hand, it is due to that the development of computer hardware and software facilities has a huge development space than ever; on the other hand, it is because the network infrastructure and delivery technology related to the computer continue to improve, which support the computer to have great progress in processing the cloud data, and it also lays the steady foundation for the big data era[2]. Moreover, the rapid access to high-value information from various types of data is also fundamentally different from traditional data mining technologies. Fourth, as long as the data are used reasonably and analyzed correctly and accurately, it will bring high return value. According to the forecast of IDC, the total global data size would reach 35ZB by 2020. McKinsey predicted that the application of big data products in three major industries would generate $700 billion potential market, while the potential market of Chinese big data products would be expected to reach ¥1.57 trillion in the future. Obviously, the amount of information in the era of big data has opened up a new golden age for the IT industry[3].

IMPORTANCE OF COMPUTER INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY DEVELOPMENT UNDER THE BACKGROUND OF BIG DATA ERA

The market value of big data is estimated to be about $100 billion, increasing by 10 percent every year. At present, the size of China's big data market is about ¥2 billion, the development of which is very great. With the discovery and recognition of the value of big data, data-based business will flourish in all sectors, including the financial industry. Mankind will enter a new era -- big data era, and the big data provides a strong resource support for the finance. The oil, natural gas, coal, ore and other natural resources are non-renewable and limited resources, which will be gone once they are depleted. But data resources are renewable and unlimited resources which can be used repeatedly. With the continuous progress of information development, the development of computer and big data closely linked with each other, which has become an important symbol of the development of the new era[4].

supervision, macroeconomic regulation and control as well as other aspects, which build a new topic for it [5].

The development of big data has brought many positive effects on computer-based internet finance. For example, in the aspect of risk supervision, the interpersonal network crawler system is developed to summarize and integrate the relevant interpersonal relationship, ignoring the geographical distance. At same time, the conclusion of the risk assessment is obtained by using the established rules and the correlation analysis of the interpersonal relationship information to obtain the conclusion of risk assessment. Based on the conclusion, the pre-loan rating system is more carefully cross-verified to form a double insurance mechanism which is more conducive to risk control. At the same time, some financial institutions can also monitor and analyze the flow of loans through internet technologies. Once the loan is used to extend the business operation, the financial institution will provide ad services for the borrower and decorate his stores, and meanwhile, it will also help the enterprise to carry out monitoring and evaluation on the store sales [6].

DEVELOPMENT OF COMPUTER INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY UNDER THE BACKGROUND OF BIG DATA ERA

Improving the infrastructure of large computer data and making good use of data resources accumulated in years

Improving the infrastructure of large computer data and making good use of data resources accumulated in years is the best strategy to deal with the status quo of financial industry. Based on the previous financial experience, data resources retained over years will be integrated and analyzed effectively and rationally to form some results which will be combined with the current state of the financial industry to promote the development of the financial industry [7]. Further reforms of the financial industry based on the context of large computer data should not only exist in the form, but should also focus on the inside of financial institutions and strengthen internal control. This is the only way to promote the development of the financial industry.

Building a banking data analysis platform

It is needed to build a banking data analysis platform to form a scientific analysis system of banking data and study it as a department or a group in a long-term and careful way. The information brought by each set of data also can be used to achieve timely risk pre-warning and risk supervision. Furthermore, these internal data analysis platforms can be integrated to a certain extent or form a large group of banking data analysis. In the large group, data analysts of banks exchange experience and realize mutual learn and corroboration. Only in this way, the entire data analysis platform can carry out the unceasing content innovation [8].

Improving the profit model and exploring new sectors by using large computer data

so that a new type of profit model is needed to help the financial industry. Therefore, improving the profit model and exploring new profit sectors by using large computer data has become an indisputable inevitable trend. In the process of improving the profitability of large computer data, it is necessary to strictly abide by the national financial policies; only through the interaction and improvement of the policy, the market situation, large computer data and other aspects can a profit model that is more applicable to today's market environment be formed[9].

Promoting the integration of financial services and social networks

With the development of the internet, social networks have been gradually known well and utilized by people. This is a macro-trend based on the social environment. Therefore, the trend can become a very important opportunity for the development of financial services. This opportunity should be grasped firmly to promote the integration of financial services and social networks and realize online financial circulation of social networks, which not only can improve the social network, but also can expand the financial influence to a certain extent. At present, this form of integration has been carried out. For example, the “red packet” carried out in 2015 is a business task which combines financial services with the WeChat, QQ and other social networks. But judging from the current situation, this type of business also needs further improvement.

CONCLUSION

The development of computer technology under the background of big data era brings a certain degree of negative effects on the development of the entire economic market. It will generate irreparable damage to the entire market system once it cannot be dealt with in a timely manner. Therefore, in order to solve these problems, it is necessary to optimize and rectify the whole economic market system under the background of big data. Obviously, such reform and optimization is not a short-term task. But it is certainly that more and more experts and scholars in the continuously developing modern society will carry out more special study to make up deficiencies of analysis of computer information technology in the era of big data and promote the development of national economy in China.
