Taking into consideration the barriers in international cooperation for Polish entities in the area of R&D, it is necessary to point out that the model of cooperation adopted by ILOT and GE efficiently reduces the above-mentioned limitations. In course of cooperation both ILOT and GE have worked out good practices of international cooperation within the R&D area, which can be useful for other Polish organizations planning, or already carrying out similar projects. The utilization of the experiences of the Institute of Aviation can thus verify the assessment of barriers in international cooperation in the area of R&D with Polish participation, or may help work out mechanisms reducing the transactional costs of cooperation. As a result, this will make it possible to raise the activity of Polish companies and research units in international cooperation in the area of R&D.

All this affected the qualitative and quantitative state of the national wealth, its value terms in statistics. In general approach, the dynamics of the content of the national wealth is seen through the passage of successive links in the chain: resources - their value on the market - the amount of stocks - the time and conditions of the assessment. In this regard, each of the outlined above approaches to the definition of the essence of national wealth and its value in its own way reveals that chain. And there is not always a direct correlation between the “visible” potentials and those that become result of certain human activities, their attitude to work, country and life.
In this part of the research, the aim and expectations (pre and post) of the six-month course were investigated. More specifically, the investigation focuses on the motives and expectations of participants in the semester course associated with new knowledge and skills of the subject, skills in information and communication technologies, the certificate of participation, access to educational resources etc which trainees would acquire during their studies. Overall, a general observation that we can draw from the results suggests a high concentration of response rates in the "I am interested" and "I am very interested" options. This shows a high rate of expectations and expected goals but also a high rate of achievement of the original goals and expectations.
At the current technological development level, UAVs are remotely controlled by operators and need adequately trained personnel capable of installation, maintenance and service of a flying platform and its systems, i.e. sensors and weapons. The operator’s work is dependent on the sustainment of UAV communication systems, through which they can control platforms and collect relevant information from the battlefield. It is assumed that communication systems should ensure the guidance of UAV and keep image transmission in real time, which is difficult to achieve at the current level. This is especially important because of the necessity of long-term work of UAVs in the context of the force protection of logistic points and supply convoys. Therefore, no less important than aerial platforms are sensors and communication equipment which may have a decisive influence on the overall design of the system. The use of UAVs sensors have to balance the need of high resolution and sensitivity required with the requirements of the smallest possible system, which must be adjusted to the available platform without increasing weight. In the case of imagery surveillance, UAV parameters depend on the compilation of the flight altitude with the resolution and sensitivity of used sensors.
Abstract: The development of new immunosuppressive drugs for kidney transplantation resulted both in better short-term outcomes and in decreased metabolic, cardiovascular, and nephrotoxicity risk. Belatacept belongs to a new class of immunosuppressive drugs that selec- tively inhibits T-cell activation by preventing CD28 activation and by binding its ligands B7-1 and B7-2. The result is an inactivation of costimulatory pathways. A comparative analysis of the BENEFIT and BENEFIT-EXT datasets showed belatacept regimens resulted in better cardiovascular and metabolic risk profiles than did cyclosporin A (CsA) regimens: belatacept likewise outperformed CsA in terms of lower blood pressure and serum lipids and less new onset diabetes after transplantation. About 20% of belatacept-treated patients developed adverse effects which included anemia, pyrexia, neutropenia, diarrhea, urinary tract infection, head- ache, and peripheral edema. At present, belatacept does not seem to predispose patients to a higher rate of infection than CsA maintenance immunosuppression. The risk of posttransplant lymphoproliferative diseases was higher in Epstein–Barr virus (EBV)-seronegative patients than in EBV-seropositive patients, but the risk may be reduced by use of a less intensive regimen and avoidance of EBV-negative patients and of patients whose pretransplant EBV serology is unknown. Many researches has been implemented in this case, such as: Crisostomo et al, in 2003 in which they studied DWI and determination of passive ischemic TIA attack. They demonstrated in their into-past looking study that DWI was beneficent to determine the patients suffering from ischemic (DWI is also beneficent in determination of acute ischemic damages). They also showed that the capability of determination precision of DWI is higher than MRI (13). Oppenheim et al in 2000 had a research entitled a survey of false negative result of DWI in acute ischemic strokes. In this study which was implemented on 139 hospitalized patients suffering from acute ischemic stroke, the items of false negative DWI was surveyed. The results depicted that the rate of false negative DWI in the PC-tias (19%) is meaningfully higher than false negative DWI in the AC-tias (2%). The reason is that either there is no need for everybody to protect the day to day happenings or our brain cannot store that volume of content. So, the epics of the ancient period are replete with those kinds of similes or the supreme level of imagination which doesn’t conform to the reality and makes us think what kind of reality has given rise to this imagination 6 . Hybrid cotton that is currently grown by Eswatini farmers is no longer producing high yield as it used to do in the past years. The product has reached a decline phase which is characterized by high production cost, low yields, and heavy pesticides application requirements. From a management point of view a product in decline phase needs to be phased out and replaced because it will be fool hardy to rejuvenate the product (Kotler, 2012). Cotton acreage has drastically reduced from 30,000 hectares to merely 3000 hectares (Cotton Board, 2013). Correspondingly, the number of cotton farmers in Eswatini has also decreased from 9000 to 3000 in the past 6 years (Cotton Board, 2013). The sector’s capacity to create employment directly, in cotton farms and indirectly,in the textile industry, and ginning, spinning, and weaving of fabric has gone downdrastically. This has been aggravated by labour migration from rural areas to the cities (Thomson, 2012). The country has to find strategies of filling the demand gaps created by dwindling cotton production over the years and cheaper technology to continue producing enough cotton to meet increasing demand. Opportunities that are not utilised when they arise will always be taken up by one’s competitors (Bimha & Bimha, 2018). Therefore, it is the researchers’ conviction that the introduction of genetically modified cotton seed is one of the viable options to tackle the cotton industry’s prevailing challenges. There is an urgent need to ascertain stakeholder willingness, capacity requirements and readiness to adopt genetically modified cotton technologyto replace hybrid cotton seed which has passed the maturity phase and is no longer economically viable. In
