So here we are. The end of the book. I hope you’ve enjoyed learning to tap into your angels and that you can harness their support and guidance in your life.
What you do with this is up to you. When I started out, I dedicated every single spare moment I had to angels and psychic development. I joined a weekly meditation circle and meditated most days. I learned everything I could about the history of the archangels and if I didn’t know something, I’d tune in and ask.
The same goes for today. I have a daily spiritual practice.
I study A Course in Miracles, practise yoga and read my own angel cards every day. My life is angels and it’s a beautiful life.
Take angels with you wherever you go. They’ll be with you whatever you do, whether you work in the corporate world or the service sector – even if you’re a chef! Angels don’t want to make you into a crazy tree-hugger, but they do want you to be connected to who you are and to live a life filled with love. Let them be your guides so that you can enjoy this journey.
As A Course in Miracles says, ‘Teach only love, for that is what you are.’
You have my love and blessings!
Resources
Books
Angel Inspiration, Diana Cooper (Hodder & Stoughton, 2004). This is the book I had the auspicious experience with. I lay in bed looking for hope and a single white feather fell from the book.
A New Light on Angels, Diana Cooper (Findhorn Press, 2009). The revised and updated version of A Little Light on Angels, the first ever angel book I read.
The Big Book of Angels, Wendy Schuman (Hinkler Books, 2003). I found this book in a second-hand store and it is without doubt my favourite book on angels. It shares a collection of stories from people of all walks of life – rabbis, priests, preachers and more, including Doreen Virtue.
The Lightworker's Way, Doreen Virtue (Hay House, 2004).
Doreen’s spiritual journey and discovery of the angels is a powerful, inspirational and profound eye-opener to living a life of purpose. I have read this book countless times.
Angels: A very short introduction, David Albert Jones (OUP, Oxford; reprint edition 2011). I love this little book about the theory and history of angels. Definitely a good one if you want more scholarly information.
Archangels and Ascended Masters, Doreen Virtue (Hay House, 2004). This book is the who's who of heaven – great for therapists and to keep close by if you work professionally with angels.
Crystal Healing, Simon Lilly (Element, 2002). One of my first ever spiritual books, and one that I go back to time and time again. Wanting to raise your vibration and balance your energy? Learn the basics of crystals.
Developing Mediumship, Gordon Smith (Hay House, 2009). Personally speaking, I'd say Gordon Smith is the most evidential medium out there. His tips and guidance are a treasure to any sensitive wishing to develop.
Card and oracle Decks
Healing with the Angels Oracle Cards, Doreen Virtue (Hay House, 2004)
These are the cards I use professionally every day – they’re my favourite.
Angels of Light Cards, Diana Cooper (Findhorn Press, 2009)
My first ever card deck – they have become lifelong companions. I never travel anywhere without these in my backpack.
Acknowledgements
Special thanks to my mum, Diane Gray, who holds my whole life together. She’s the angelic backbone in my life. Without her I would be nothing; she has held the space for me to grow, become who I am today and share it with the world. And not only does she do that, she runs my business for me – all I do is turn up. Thank you, Mum.
I love you! You’re the best.
I’d also like to send my appreciation to my dad, David Gray, for supporting my path and for believing in it.
Thank you to Hay House for giving me the opportunity to live my dream and to share it with the world. I am so blessed. Carolyn Thorne, Jo Burgess and Michelle Pilley, you are a dream team of lightworkers, making way for people like me and giving us a platform to share our message.
Thanks to Ruth Tewkesbury, too, for keeping me in the media and for being patient with my replies via e-mail.
I’m grateful and you’re a shining star.
I’d also like to send my gratitude to Robert and Hollie Holden, who have become deeply appreciated friends, to Greta Lipp for helping me grow in Europe and for being super fun, and to David Hamilton and my friend Diane Etherson, who are my soul family.
Love and support to all my friends – believe in your dreams and make them real.

Kyle Gray has had spiritual encounters from an early age. When he was just four years old, his grandmother’s soul visited him from beyond the grave.
Growing up, Kyle always had an ability to hear, feel and see what goes beyond the natural senses, which eventually led him to discovering the power and love of angels in his teens.
Now, at just 26, Kyle is one of the most hip and sought-after experts in his field. With his unique ability to stay grounded and keep it real, he re-introduces the idea of angels in a modern and accessible way. Kyle’s talks in the UK and around Europe sell out within days, and his private sessions have a two-year waiting list. He is the author of four books.
