21.1.1 Allocations are performed by the DSO based on the results of measurements, information provided by the DSC, Consumers and the CSO as well as the conditions described in this Grid Code.
21.1.2 Allocations are used for settling the distribution service and for the purpose of providing the information to the CSO.
21.1.3 Detailed methods of allocations for the particular entry and exit points to/from the distribution system are specified by the Grid Code.
21.2 Specific rules for allocations for the exit points.
21.2.1 Gas fuel allocations in the exit points are performed for each of the SDO.
21.2.2 In case when a given exit point serves as a gas fuel collection point in the framework of one SDO, the total amount of gas fuel and the maximum hourly amount of gas fuel determined based on the results of measurements in a given point or estimated according to the provision of point 20 will be allocated to this SDO.
21.2.3 In case when a given exit point serves as a gas fuel collection point in the framework of one DSC, based on more than one RSDO, the total amount of gas fuel and the maximum hourly amount of gas fuel will be allocated to the separate RSDOs, according to the allocation rules provided by the DSC to the DSO.

or DSCs, based on more than one RSDO submitted by more than one DSC, the total amount of gas fuel and the maximum hourly amount of gas fuel will be allocated to the separate RSDOs, according to the allocation rules provided by this Consumer to the DSO.
21.2.5 In case of the exit points where the gas fuel is fed to the CSO network based on more than one RSDO for more than one DSC, the methods of allocations will be defined respectively by the CSO acting as a user of a given exit point.
21.2.6 The method of allocation determined according to points 21.2.3, 21.2.4 and 21.2.5 shall enable total split of the gas fuel collected by the distribution zone in the given billing periods and gas days and the determination of the maximum hourly amounts of gas fuel for the specific RSDOs in this point. The above rules shall determine the methods of allocations in case of breaching the quality parameters of the gas fuel defined in the Grid Code or failure in maintaining the pressure.
21.2.7 Allocation rules described in point 21.2.3, point 21.2.4 and point 21.2.5 shall be provided to DSO in writing, latest in 3 working days prior to the start of billing period.
21.2.8 In case of failure in providing the DSO with the allocation rules in the period set in point 21.2.7, the allocation of the amount of gas fuel and the maximum hourly amount of gas fuel to the particular RSDOs will take place proportionally to the contractual power defined in the RSDO.
21.3 Specific rules for allocations for the entry points.
21.3.1 Gas fuel allocations in the entry points are performed for each of the DSC.
21.3.2 In case when a given distribution zone entry point serves as a gas fuel collection point in the framework of one DSC, the total amount of gas fuel and the maximum hourly amount of gas fuel determined based on the results of measurements in a given point will be allocated to this DSC.
21.3.3 In the entry points comprising a given distribution zone, for which the gas fuel is supplied by more than one DSC, the allocation of the amount of gas fuel for the DSC supplying the gas fuel to all the given distribution zone entry points in a given billing period is performed using the following formula:
where
Qi.j - amount of gas fuel in the entry point with the “j” index allocated to the DSC with the “i” index, supplying the gas fuel to all entry points to the distribution zone,
Mj - amount of gas fuel defined for the entry point with the “j” index,
Mk - amount of gas fuel defined for all the entry points to the distribution zone where no allocation was performed according to the resolutions of point 21.3.2.,
Grid Code of the EWE energia sp. z o.o. Approved with the Board’s decision of ...
p. 59
J - number of entry points to a given distribution zone, where gas fuel is collected by more than one DSC,
Si - total amount of gas fuel in all exit points in a given distribution zone, where the fuel is collected by DSC with the “i” index, decreased by the amount of gas fuel allocated according to point 21.3.2. If Si is less than 0, Si is replaced by 0.
21.3.4 For the DSCs not supplying the gas fuel to all the entry points to a given distribution zone, the DSO will perform the allocation only for these entry points to which the DSC supplies the gas fuel.
21.3.5 In the entry points comprising a given distribution zone, for which the gas fuel is supplied by more than one DSC, the allocation of the amount of gas fuel for the DSC supplying the gas fuel to all the given distribution zone entry points in a given billing period is performed using the following formula:
where:
Q"nj - amount of gas fuel in the entry point with the “j” index allocated to the DSC with the “n” index,
supplying the gas fuel to not all entry points to the distribution zone, Mj - amount of gas fuel defined for the entry point with the “j” index,
Mk - amount of gas fuel defined for the entry points to the distribution zone to which the DSC supplies the gas fuel, where no allocation was performed according to point 21.3.2.,
Jn - number of entry points to a given distribution zone, where DSC with the “n” index supplies the gas fuel to the distribution zone and in which the gas fuel is collected by more than one DSC,
Sn- total amount of gas fuel in all exit points in a given distribution zone, where the fuel is collected by DSC with the “n” index, decreased by the amount of gas fuel allocated according to point 21.3.2. If Sn is less than 0, Sn is replaced by 0.
21.3.6 In case when in the result of the allocation performed according to point 21.3.3 and 21.3.5 the total amount of gas fuel allocated to all DSCs using this point is different than the amount of gas fuel measured or determined for this point according to 21.3.2, the determination of the gas fuel amount for DSC in a given billing period is performed according to the following formula:
where:
Q"nj - adjusted amount of gas fuel in the entry point with the “j” index allocated to the DSC with the
j n n j i n j j n j n

“n” index, supplying the gas fuel to not all entry points to the distribution zone,
Q"nj - amount of gas fuel in the entry point with the “j” index allocated to the DSC with the “n” index,
supplying the gas fuel to not all entry points to the distribution zone,
Qi.j - amount of gas fuel in the entry point with the “j” index allocated to the DSC with the “i” index, supplying the gas fuel to all entry points to the distribution zone,
Mj - amount of gas fuel in the entry point with the “j” index, where the DSC supplies the gas fuel to the distribution zone.
21.3.7 Allocation of daily amounts of gas fuel to the exit points is made proportionally to the amount of gas fuel specified in the allocations for the given billing period.
21.3.8 Maximum hourly amounts of gas fuel in a given billing period in the given entry points will be determined for the particular DSCs based on the results of measurements vs. the amount of gas fuel determined for each of the DSC in a gas day, in which the highest hourly amount of gas fuel was recorded in this very entry point, including the conditions independent from the DSC, caused by the CSO’s increase of gas fuel pressure at the entry point.
