22.1 Nominations and renominations of the DSC - general rules.
22.1.1 In order to provide the distribution service, DSC provides the DSO with the nominations related to:
22.1.1.1 RSDO for the WR-type exit point for the E distribution zone, where the DSC is liable to the contractual power at the level of at least 417 m3/h,
22.1.2 DSC provides the DSO with the daily nomination, in which it specifies the amounts of gas fuel for each hour of the gas day, for each of the points described in point 22.1.1.
22.1.3 The amounts of gas fuel in the nominations and renominations are specified in m3 in natural numbers.
22.1.4 Hourly amounts of gas fuel specified in nominations and renominations for a given point cannot exceed the contractual power accrued to the DSC in a given point.
22.1.5 Nominations can be changed in the process of renomination. Renomination approved according to the Grid Code resolutions gets the status of approved nomination.
22.1.6 Nominations and renominations shall take into account the daylight-saving time. Gas day is respectively longer or shorter by one hour.
22.1.7 DSC’s filed nominations and renominations shall consider the limitations and interruptions introduced according to the Grid Code resolutions and the limits introduced by the Council of Ministers according to the regulations of the law on reserves.

also another method than specified in point 22.2 or 22.3 on lack of possibility do distribute the amounts of gas fuel specified in the nominations, the DSO immediately informs the DSC on this fact. Within two (2) hours upon receiving the above information the DSC is obliged to adjust the nomination in a given point and submit the renomination to the DSO.
22.1.9 Nominations, renominations and the information on their approval are provided according to the point 22.2 and 22.3.
22.1.10 DSO is authorized to pass the information on nominations and renominations to the CSS in the scope necessary to check the conformance of nominations and renominations in the cooperating systems or performing the allocations of the gas fuel amounts.
22.1.11 Difference between the daily amounts of gas fuel collected from the distribution system at the WR-type exit point determined based on the allocations and the daily amounts of gas fuel determined in the relevant approved nominations is determined for each gas day and for each DSC.
22.1.12 In case when the difference in a given point, described in point 22.1.11, reaches more than 15 % of the daily gas fuel amount specified in the approved nomination, then the DSO will bill the DSC according to the provisions of point 24.5.1.
22.2
Nomination process.
22.2.1 The DSCs pass the nominations to the DSO latest noon of the gas day preceding the gas day to which the nomination applies.
22.2.2 In case when the DSC passes more than one nomination, DSO investigates the last submitted nomination in the period specified in point 22.2.1.
22.2.3 DSO provides the DSC with the information on approving or rejecting the nomination latest 2:00 pm of the gas day preceding the gas day to which the nomination applies.
22.2.4 Nomination can be rejected due to the following reasons: 22.2.4.1 non-conformance to the Contract or Grid Code’s provisions, 22.2.4.2 excessing the contractual power,
22.2.4.3 disregarding by the DSC the throughput limits announced by the CSO or the Consumer, precluding the performance of services according to the nominations submitted by the DSC,

22.2.5 In case of rejecting the nomination, the DSO gives the reason for the rejection.
22.2.6 In case when DSC fails to provide the DSO with the nomination for the following gas day in the period described in point 22.2.1, it is assumed that for the DSC and for a given point a nomination with the gas fuel amount
22.2.7 equal to “0” (zero) was approved.
22.2.8 In case of rejecting the nomination for a given point, it is assumed that for the DSC and for a given point a nomination with the gas fuel amount equal to “0” (zero) was approved.
22.3
Renomination process.
22.3.1 DSC may perform hourly renominations of gas fuel specified in the DSO’s approved nomination for a given gas day. Renomination may be submitted latest 2:00 pm of the gas day, to which the renomination applies. Renomination of the hourly gas fuel amounts can be submitted latest 2 hours prior to the first hour for which the nomination will be changed.
22.3.2 The procedure for investigating the renominations for a given point starts every full hour and lasts two (2) hours. DSO will investigate the last renomination which was submitted before full hour.
22.3.3 DSO informs the entity which submitted the renomination on approving or rejecting the renomination including the reasons of rejection in two (2) hours after starting a given procedure of investigating the renominations but not later than before the hour to which the renomination relates.
22.3.4 Nomination can be rejected due to the reasons indicated in point 22.2.4.
22.3.5 In case of rejecting the renomination by the DSO, the binding nomination for the parties will be the DSO’s last approved one, including the limits and suspensions described in point 22.1.7 and point 22.3.4.
