The English version of the questionnaire

Dear participant

You are invited to participate in a study that looks at the links between Islamic Work Ethics and the attitudes and behaviour of employees at work. This PhD study is conducted with the permission of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.

I would like to ask for your contribution by giving around 20-30 minutes to respond to each statement in the survey provided. All responses will be kept confidential and will be used for the purpose of the research only. No individual will be identified in the research. You are free to withdraw or stop your participation at any time you feel that you wish to do so. This study is under the supervision of Professor Stephen Swailes at the University of Huddersfield, UK. In you have any questions about the study then please do not hesitate to email me on
