REMOTE VIEWING TOMORROW'S NEWSPAPER Here is an easy way to practice RVing into the future.

Relax into your meditative state and mentally picture the lead photo in tomorrow's newspaper. Try and visualise the main shape of the contents of that "future" photo. See if you can detect whether the picture represents a "motionless" scene or an "action" scene.

See if you can detect emotion in it....and colour.

Next morning when you buy the paper check the lead picture on the front page and see how close you were. You might have mainly "misses" to start with but after a while you will get "partial hits'

For example, you might have received an impression of bushy, colourful shapes. The photo in the paper might be of flowers, so you had a partial hit. Occasionally you will find that you get a full on hit. This will be quite an exciting moment as your chances of guessing this correctly would be highly significant.

Do not initially try to view the exact picture...merely the shape, colour, form and action/emotion.

The beauty of this style of RVing is that you are practicing to remote view the future and you might be able to refine the process to determine stock price direction twenty four hours ahead!

HISTORICAL ARTIFACTS

This is one of the first exercises given in some standard RV courses.

The idea here is to acquire an old artifact of some kind. Maybe a family heirloom or a postage stamp from a bygone era.

Or if you're feeling confident you might like to visit your local museum and try your RVing there.

The idea is to hold the object in your hand (if it is small) or merely place your hand on it if it is large.

Now drop into your meditative state and try to sense where the object came from. Was it a barren or tree covered area? Is there any emotion surrounding the object? Is there a feeling of isolation or of activity? Let these impressions build in your mind. If you feel that you're starting to add your own imagination to the picture, stop the exercise....clear your mind....and start again.

At the beginning, the main difficulty you will experience will be that your fertile mind will try to overlay detail that it thinks should be there. That is...it cheerfully fills in the gaps. Usually it's wrong!!

I keep instructing my mind ..."Give me the detail - do not overlay".

After a while your mind will faithfully start to follow these instructions. If I detect what I think is overlay coming in...I cease the exercise and start again fresh. I might have to do this 4-5 times.

When you start to receive an impression from your historical artifact you might like to ask your mind to supply input from a different perspective...maybe from a birds-eye view.

Professional RVers can swing their centre of consciousness all round the target subject, both from a geographical viewpoint and a temporal/time viewpoint.

ASSOCIATIVE REMOTE VIEWING

An exercise that I did at a recent RV course involved RVing the outcome of the civil O.J.Simpson trial. We were told that an associated object in the form of a pair of scissors would indicate that Simpson lost his case...and was liable. The other associated object was an orange...which represented Simpson being acquitted.

We were asked to relax and tell our mind that we wished to view the object that related to the correct outcome of the trial.

In my case...I gained an impression of a pair of scissors....which was correct.

Afterwards I was shown a photo of the scissors....that supplied me with the feedback which seems to help successful RVing.

If you are looking for a yes/no answer for a specific problem....the Associative method appears to work reasonably accurately assuming you practice the process with determination.

For example...let us suppose you wanted to RV two horses in the next Melbourne Cup.

You would treat this as two entirely separate RV sessions.

You would attach a pair of objects to horse "A". Let us use the scissors and the orange again.

You would say to your mind that you wanted to know if horse "A" was going to be one of the first 3 winners. A pair of scissors would indicate a YES. An orange would indicate a NO.

Then do your RVing. See which object appears in your mental picture. If the answer is a YES, you may not actually receive an impression of a pair of scissors....you may merely receive the impression of a sharp object. This obviously relates to the scissors. But if you received the impression of a gentle rounded form ...maybe with pleasant emotion attached...you would treat this as the orange.

This is where your earlier practice of distinguishing shapes, forms, emotions, etc. come in to play.

Then you repeat the process for the second horse. Clearly tell your mind the name of the horse...then you can use the same scissors and orange as associated objects.

Make sure you hold the name of the horse in your mind....so that you do not inadvertently RV the wrong animal. If you want to avoid confusion you could use two entirely different objects to represent the second horse.

There is no reason why you can't RV the whole field of horses in the race. As there is an emotive component to this form of RVing (i.e.. you stand to win or lose money) then you may find that it works quite well, after a little practice.

Don't be too concerned if it doesn't work the first time. Pick a different race every day and keep practicing. You are asking your mind to do something it is fully capable of doing...but has never been asked to do before. After a while, you might really start impressing yourself.

Associative RVing in this manner can basically be used for any precognitive situation that requires a yes/no answer. Also the fact that you are using two dissimilar objects means that when you gain an impression of sharp points or round object you can more easily relate it to the correct object/outcome. It would be virtually impossible to view the actual winning horse...but fairly easy to view the general shape of an object associated with that horse.

You may want to practice on a selected share/stock/commodity. You will be asking..."will this share go up or down in the next 24 hours?" Because of the short time span ...24 hours....you are able to obtain fairly prompt feedback.

REMOTE VIEWING FOR MINERALS AND METALS

If you wanted to find, say, opal in a mine then the procedure is as follows:

Make yourself familiar with the layout of the mine then sit somewhere and enter your meditative state. Ask your mind to highlight pockets of opal as red colours on the walls of the mine. Try digging where impressions of red colour appear. Sit there, relax, and picture the walls of the mine. Sense for red colours. You might receive only a very vague impression....or you might get a full-on burst of brilliant red in one area of the mine.

This process can be applied to finding the location of any precious metal or mineral. By associating the mineral/metal with a colour, it makes it easier for your mind to produce results without erroneous overlay.

This process is really associative RVing using colours. Some people find it very easy to visualise colours...so this particular method may work well for them.

You can also use colours instead of discrete objects for racehorses, etc.

As with all RVing work you will need to experiment to see what methods give you the easiest and most reliable results.

REMOTE VIEWING BUSINESS/LIFESTYLE PROBLEMS

If you have a specific problem that you can reduce to a yes/no question, you can use the above described associated RVing.

OUTBOUNDER RVING (also called remote Tracking)

This will require the assistance of a friend.

You ask your friend to go for a 15-30 minute walk around the neighborhood. Give him or her a cassette recorder if possible. Every 2-3 minutes the friend stops in front of an object of interest (such as a spectacular tree, church, signboard, etc.) and describes it in detail for 60 seconds or so. He/she also notes the time on their watch. If they don't use a recorder the details...along with the time....can be noted down on a pad. (Recording the exact time is important).

The "viewer" back at home (probably you) relaxes into a meditative state and tries to capture the essence of what the viewer is doing and seeing. You may detect a shape, form, colour or emotion. You might even get a clear picture of what the outbounder is actually seeing.

During this exercise in the RV course I went to, there were an amazing number of direct

"hits" that were stunningly accurate. This is probably because you are not being asked to view a discreet object directly....you are being asked to view that object via another person's mind. This seems to be a lot easier.

When the outbounder returns they read out their notes (or play the cassette) and a comparison of images plus precise times is made. The whole exercise is a lot easier than it sounds. Once you try it, you will find it very easy to do in the future.

COORDINATE RVING

This is an exercise where the viewer is given a set of latitude and longitude coordinates and is asked to view what is at that site. The viewer must not know in advance what the site is....or even have any form of clue.

REMOTE VIEWING LOTTO NUMBERS

Use the same process as used for racehorses. View each and every number and ask….."Will this number be among the winning six in Gold Lotto (or whatever) this Saturday night”?

(You must specify precisely which lotto and which night). Use associated items such as the scissors and the orange to give you yes/no answers.

This exercise was done by a small group of RVers in New Zealand recently. After each viewer spent countless hours on accessing the particular group of numbers provided...all the results were combined and tabulated. Unfortunately the exercise wasn't completed until just before the lotto closed and it was too late to enter.

To everyone’s total astonishment....the group picked five of the six winning numbers. I believe they are going to repeat the exercise!

MOBILE RV PRACTICE

There are two simple ways you can improve your RV skills while on the move. The first is to buy a pack of cards and place them in front of you (after shuffling them thoroughly).

Put your hand on the top card and ask.. "What are the colours and shapes on this card?"

Initially you might ask whether the card is a red or a black then progress on to shapes.

You can do this exercise anywhere. You may have a lot of success at this or you may not.

Initially you may have to relax and spend several minutes on each card, but after a while you may be able to make "snap" judgments with reliable accuracy.

Another reliable practice method is when you are on a long boring drive and you have slipped into alpha and are driving "mechanically". Ask yourself..."What will be the colour of the next car that appears on the road ahead of me?"

You can do this exercise dozens of times during a long trip. It helps fill in the time and is highly effective practice. Alternatively you can ask what shape object you will see when you round the next corner.

You also might like to gain an impression of who is ringing you before answering the phone. You start in a simple manner by asking...is the caller male or female. Try to get a mental impression of a male or female....maybe by using associated objects.

I'm sure that once you start you will develop ideas of your own.

Please....do not be discouraged if you don't get immediate results. It took me at least a week to get a decent result initially...this was before I was aware of any of the above methods.

With these training methods you are likely to get early encouraging results with at least one of the methods.

Once you have developed a certain talent and gained confidence with the process then you can start to explore anything you want.

Probably the most fascinating is outer space.

There is no limit to how far you can “throw” your centre of consciousness. You might like to take a “look” at the alien mining ship floating in the Rings of Saturn.

As you continue looking at this your perceptions will be enhanced and you will be able to sense the bleakness and isolation of outer space, broken only by this enormous floating spacecraft.

Remember, once you become proficient at this skill....use it wisely.

LIKE ANY OTHER SKILL....YOU MUST
