COURSE DETAILS Pre-requisites:
• Lean Green Belt completion or relevant professional qualification • 2-3 years relevant experience

The Lean Black Belt certification program is an advanced program which aims to provide participants with a practical application of advanced Lean tools and techniques, as well as developing the appropriate process improvement, leadership and program management skills to drive the changes that are necessary for a successful and sustainable Lean transformation. This program helps develop the expertise required to help transform the supply chain to world-class status, as well as providing the opportunity to communicate with Lean practitioners and experts around the world.
Black Belts are typically responsible for managing and tracking multiple Lean projects, providing internal coaching and mentoring and coordinating Lean strategy with senior management. This program is aimed at professionals and practitioners who work in an industry in either supply chain, logistics or operations, or in related functions such as quality, engineering, finance, customer service and who have responsibility for driving quality or continuous improvement initiatives and Lean deployment within their organization.
This is an extensive program of learning with a large practical element. The program consists of the following four modules and an in-house project.

COURSE DELIVERY The program is based on continuous assessment for each pillar and the Master Black Belt

COURSE DETAILS The aims of this program are to:
• Develop your skills through challenging your perceptions and to stimulate you to become an implementer of change
