The Lean White Belt is a 1-day instructor-led program that provides participants with a basic introduction and awareness of Lean Thinking and benefits both themselves and the organization through the successful implementation of Lean principles.
The program helps to educate and involve all employees in their organization’s efforts to improve process efficiencies and eliminate waste. The program is an excellent way to train large numbers of staff as part of a change management or awareness initiative for Lean implementation.

COURSE DETAILS The program is specifically designed for professionals working in finance, accounting,
administration functions or contact centres. The program provides participants with an understanding of the theory and effective application of Lean concepts, tools and practices. The program is completed over 3 – 6 months, with both online and instructor-led options available. Online participants receive 6 months access to our learning portal (Moodle) from which they can access each lesson, take assessments and pre-exams, access and download learning resources, interact with fellow students and receive expert mentoring. fully understand the advantages available from Lean construction techniques. This 5- Day training session is designed and proven to explain in understandable terms, how applying the principles of Lean to the range of people involved in construction, can make a real difference. You will learn how the practice of Lean Thinking and tools can assist you in streamlining costs, eliminating waste, delivering projects on time as well as improving labour productivity.
