2.16.3. Criterios de Remisión Clínica en Artritis Reumatoidea
Cinco o más de los siguientes requerimientos deben ser llenados durante por lo menos dos meses consecutivos.
1. Duración de la rigidez matinal que no exceda los 15 minutos 2. Ausencia de fatigas
3. Ausencia de dolor articular (por historia)
4. Ausencia de dolor a la presión o con los movimientos 5. Ausencia de tumefacción en articulaciones o vainas tendinosas
6. Eritrosedimentación (método de Westergreen) menor de 30mm/hora en la mujer y 20mm/hora para el varón (77)
Manifestaciones clínicas de vasculitis activa, pericarditis, pleuritis, o miositis y, pérdida de peso o fiebre atribuible a AR prohiben la designación de remisión completa.
