How Does The MedMaster Private Label Licensing Partner Program Work? Ø _{MedMaster – iPad Connectivity to your EMR}

We provide you with a custom version of MedMaster Mobility, our flagship mobile application embedded with Nuance 360 Advanced Medical Speech Recognition, Speech-to-Text, and Clinical Language Understanding (CLU) also known as Natural Language Processing (NLP). MedMaster Mobility includes full read-write access to patient chart data, scheduling, creation of medical issues, soap notes, medications, vitals, messages, etc. Now with your Private Label Version of MedMaster Mobility, your physician customers can practice medicine 24/7 from an exam room, hospital room, or family room simultaneously from multiple and diverse EMR providers.

Ø _{MedMaster – iPad Connectivity to Nuance Clinical Language Understanding}

To date MedMaster has the only successful mobile implementation of Nuance’s CLU engine. CLU allows a physician to free form dictate information from the patient encounter, analyze the information and return discrete information including diagnosis codes in ICD9, SNOWMED, and RXNORM formats, a significant cost-saving billing advantage. The NLP engine offers the industry’s strongest medical ontology with 850,000 terms, 379 relationships and 5 million knowledge elements.

Currently physicians’ waste hours dictating notes and waiting for the transcription results to return, sometimes as long as 72 hours. When the information is returned, it’s only unstructured notes. These notes are not medical records and their value is minimal as they are just text that will be buried in the patient’s chart and could be outdated depending on the patient’s condition. MedMaster on the other hand returns the dictation in real-time by processing that unstructured speech data through Nuance’s CLU Natural Language Processing Engine.

MedMaster’s Interoperability Services Layer can expose any or all of its underlying technology services via API services that can be accessed on a licensed API-by-API basis.

If your company needs connectivity to a service that we’re already connected to, we can provide access to specific sets of APIs. For example, MedMaster’s delivery platform can provide access to Clinical Language Understanding or to a specific EMR vendor such as Greenway or OpenEMR.
