Our after-sales support

Yours for a life-time

We are a company that cares. Since 1964 Static Systems Group has led in the design,

manufacture, installation and after-care of alarm and communication systems. Our company ethos is built on the core belief that product quality matters and that installed systems should be supported and maintained for prolonged life. Getting to Know You

Following commissioning we contact system users to ensure they are happy with the equipment supplied. It is from this point that we work to build long-term relationships. We will explain your warranty and provide contact details for service support in case of breakdown. Extended Warranties

The confidence we have in our systems means our after-sales support starts with a 2 year warranty; given on all new systems supplied and commissioned by ourselves.

Service Agreements

We offer care packages that can include routine preventative maintenance visits, emergency call-out, preferential pricing on spares and remote diagnostics, as well as regular auditing to establish correct

operation of system software, including integration with third-party systems.

User Support

For clients that prefer to make their own arrangements for service and repair we will discuss with you and provide site engineer and end-user training.

To further assist we also offer an efficient equipment spares service, eliminating the need for clients to carry excessive stock.

Keeping Ahead

From time to time we will inform you of new products and system enhancements. With ever evolving technologies, we also offer software refresh packages to ensure your system remains relevant and capable of providing the most up-to-date facilities.

Seminars and CPD

A comprehensive range of effective and highly focussed seminars are available. Reviewing current industry compliance and legislation or client specific issues, each seminar is tailored to requirements. Seminars can also be used by delegates to demonstrate CPD (Continuing Professional Development).

Expert Advice

When the time comes to think of replacing your system our inhouse product and systems engineers will work with you to put in place a cost-effective replacement strategy to be carried out with minimum disruption and as budget allows.

Healthcare Communication Systems

In taking out a care agreement with Static Systems, you will ensure there is a mechanism in place to perform regular system health checks, and in the event of a problem arising, a means of dealing with the issue promptly.

On-going Support

As part of our after-sales support we will ensure that you are kept up-to-date with the latest system software, products and healthcare ‘apps’ as they are introduced.

Care Packages

Based on many years’ experience, our ‘Gold’, ‘Silver’ and ‘Bronze’ systems support and maintenance care agreements have been developed to accommodate the needs of the majority of healthcare establishments. You employ the best staff; people who are specialists

in their field, so why compromise when choosing a company to maintain the equipment that is so vital to patient well-being and staff efficiency. As the UK’s nurse call market leader, Static Systems Group is a recognised authority.

Further, all product design, software and system development is carried out in-house at our manufacturing facility in the UK which is also responsible for

co-ordinating our after-sales support; guaranteeing you the best possible service.

Product & System Warranties

Everything we do is done with product quality and longevity of service in mind. All new systems supplied and commissioned by ourselves carry a 2 year warranty.

During this period we will visit site at no cost to repair or replace any equipment and/or remedy any fault which is proved to have been defective in material or workmanship undertaken by ourselves.

This warranty is also given with modifications to existing systems that fall within our current product ranges and where we are employed to commission. Installation work carried out by ourselves is also covered.

Patient Hand Units

We are proud of the quality of our products, and our RNIB endorsed range of waterproof patient hand units is no exception. As proof of the confidence we have in our products, our current range is covered by an extended 5 year warranty.

Regular Health Checks

HTM 08-03: Bedhead Services, Section 4 deals with operational policy and management. It requires that nurse call and associated systems should be regularly tested and maintained by competent persons in line with the manufacturer’s recommendations, and that a schedule for maintenance visits should be detailed within the hospital’s operational plan. We can take care of this for our clients.
