INTRODUCTION

The oryx whitepaper is the official documentation of the oryx project, the whitepaper exhibits the technical specifications, unique characteristics, and objectives of the oryx network.

The white paper is a variable document that will continually alter and update as the project progresses and as more of the technology is developed to assist in the evolution of the oryx network and orx cryptocurrency. Basically oryx was founded to build multi platform product with the aim to cover all needed for everyone and for crypto users. The platform itself was connected each other, with the creation of multi platform, the economic model of oryx project will be running perfect and the utility of orx token itself will be very usefull.

THE VISION

Oryx vision is to change how you see e-commerce in the form it is now by

decentralizing e-commerce and setting an unprecedented future with blockchain, governed by smart contracts, and with no decision making entity other than the

stakeholders, only the merchant alliance members (token holders) will define rules and regulations, and program them into smart contracts, guaranteeing transparency, trust and sustainability.

A functional portion of the proposed marketplace can be the objective to start building the future of e-commerce today, without a negative impact on performance or user

experience, this can only be achieved by carefully analyzing all components of a decentralized marketplace and successfully migrating to a blockchain environment.

THE PROBLEM

Centralized marketplaces are harming the e-commerce industry, major marketplaces are actually causing harm to the e-commerce

industry. The current model for marketplaces involves overcharging buyers and unfairly

treating sellers, centralized market leaders focus too much on making sure that their own sites

grow, leading them to punish sellers by taking

more money from them and forcing them to pay for services which they do not need, the problem is that these markets think they have no genuine competition.

At this point, The biggest centralized

marketplaces are convinced that their actions will not negatively affect their stature. They can make arbitrary rules, they can charge

extortionate rates, and they can change their

platform with the click of their fingers. There are no checks and balances. While governments

may step in at times to ensure that matters regarding taxation and employment law are

being followed, there is nobody who steps in to make sure that the platforms themselves are

A decentralized platform pulls its strength from the fact that all

members of its ecosystem are important. This means that many of the rules and guidelines regarding the sale of goods can be decided (or at least discussed) by actual users. Buyers and sellers would

umbrella of social services through Oryx, the Oryx project is decentralizing e-commerce and we need

large community members to participate on the project for same purpose of growing rate when its main

functions has been deployed and increasing the trust before we can attain some certain level, and because of that, we decided to build A Decentralizaed Social Network Platform( Oyaaa Network ) .
