Farewell
We are sad to say farewell to our wonderful Administration Trainee, Jess Bond. Jess has been such a wonderful addition to our team. The whole school community has benefited from her calm and caring nature and her willingness to help out whenever she can.
We wish Jess all the best in her new role, we know that she will be awesome! Swimming Superstars!
Our swimming team performed brilliantly at Seymour last Friday. Their support for each other and their willingness to give their best was outstanding. Thanks to Bec Clark for taking our team to Seymour and egging them on!
Congratulations and well done to Jaidyn Dimech, Cam Clark, Tom Clark, Aiden Campbell, Marli Coller, Ashlee Collett, Xahlia Sutton-Stevenson, and Phoebe Kidd.
Congratulations to Marli Coller for making it through to Region swimming. Amazing! Help Wanted!
We are looking for fabulous people to help us out with various events held at school during the year. Our brilliant team of parents and friends do a great job raising funds for our school. We understand that not everyone is able to attend regular meetings, we all lead busy lives! Pop along to our dinner meeting and see our event calendar…there may be something right up your alley! This is a great way to meet people and share the trials and tribulations of parenting with likeminded people!
When: March 4 Where: Corner Hotel 6.30pm for dinner!
Shhh…we’re reading here!
Thank you to our band of merry helpers…Mandie, Violet, Jo and a dynamic team of Grade 5/6 students who have helped put our library together so far. We now have a junior picture book library ‘down stairs’ and are preparing for our senior library ‘up stairs’. The students in Grade Prep, 1 and 2 have enjoyed using the junior library this week. Please think about a library bag for when we are ready to loan books to take home. Picture books must go in a bag. The Garden!
Stephen Gibb has been toiling away in the garden…sometimes by himself! If you feel like doing a bit of gardening on Tuesdays at lunchtime… come along!
Take care, Vicky
