PlusPoint POS and Stock Control - Features

PlusPoint Point of Sale and Stock system is a Windows Restaurant and Bar management system. It is a PC based system that can run off a single or multiple workstations, turning your operation into an efficient POS and Stock control establishment.

With the unique use of ‘picture buttons’ and an ‘all on one screen’ design, the system is extremely user friendly and configuration is simple and easily transferable between stores and outlets.

The flexibility of the system allows for the use of either a keyboard, mouse or touch screen for user input. PlusPoint POS along with PlusPoint Stock

Control offers a professional Food and Beverage Solution.

Central Purchasing and Stock Control has been added to the functionality of this product making it a more manageable hospitality package.

assistance as well as ‘fly-over’ tips (Also 24 hours telephonic support) - Multiple operator modes cater for ‘Fast-Bar’ or Register functions

- The detailed transaction reporting, coupled with Bill and Cash-up history creates a powerful auditing tool

- Products, with its related preparation instructions, can be printed across multiple requisition printers

- Caters for all your daily functions and operational nuances; split-invoicing, user logins (for operator history), swipe cards (if necessary), supervisor access for manual over-rides (restricted to management) etc.

PlusPoint POS is restricted to login’s or swipe cards. Only specified users are given access to certain outlets, and administrators can manage user rights from PlusCentral. This restricts attendant’s with respect to reporting rights and all aspects of the Point of Sale operation according to your business practice.

PlusPoint Stock Control (PlusCentral) is a powerful stock control system that can be accessed by a single or multiple workstations, like PlusPoint POS. PlusPoint’s use of Windows Menu Options, makes this system user-friendly and simple to navigate for the end user.

PlusPoint Stock Control manages inventory in any number of stores and outlets. Configuration is simple and only one stock item file needs to be created, as we have the ability to populate any outlet/store in the Stock system, and store levels are built accordingly. Requisitions, Orders, Deliveries, Issues and Reductions are automated.

Central Purchasing and Stock Control has been built into the module to allow for centralized management of your inventory and to service all orders and deliveries from this facility making management a one-stop shop - ideal for groups in the industry.

Reporting

PlusPoint has the ability to generate a multitude of reports, from movement reports to issues, requisitions, orders and deliveries reporting.

Those are stock reports however the POS reports gives a report on

employee activity, transaction audits and outlet analysis. There are other general reporting where necessary, from member reports to general system log reports.

PlusPoint POS and Stock Control is an A-Grade locally developed product. Hospitality Technology International (Pty) Ltd offers 24-hour support. The product is developed on a stable and friendly MS SQL platform and uses a robust SQL Database ensuring
