APPENDIX B - INTERNATIONAL CALL CHARGES
International Calls
All international call charging commences at the time a connection is established and stops when a call is terminated. Each call includes the minimum initial charge for the first minute of duration or part thereof (equivalent to the standard or cellular mobile termination per minute rate, as applicable, for the destination called) plus the charge per subsequent one-minute increment or part thereof, according to the Service Plan or Service Plan option (as applicable) as set out in the following tables;

multiplied by the duration of the call beyond the initial minute and rounded to the nearest cent.
Where a general destination and a more specific destination are both listed then the rates for the more specific destination shall apply and the more specific destination shall not be considered part of the general destination for the purposes of this Tariff. For example, Hong Kong and Macau are Special Administrative Regions of The People’s Republic of China however are not considered to be destinations within The People’s Republic of China for the purposes of this Tariff.
Cellular Mobile Termination
Calls to cellular wireless services (including some fixed network services which are treated as mobile termination) to some destinations are charged at higher rates than for fixed network termination. These destinations and the relevant mobile termination rates are identified in the tables below.
ACN-2-ACN Call Rates
Where your Service Plan provides ACN-2-ACN Calling discounts, calls to fixed line ACN customers in Australia^ will be charged the minimum initial charge for the initial minute of duration with no additional duration charges for the subsequent 60 minutes of the call. International call rates to Australia^ (as per your Service Plan) apply to all minutes of call duration thereafter (refer Service Description, clause 2.3.3, ‘ACN-2-ACN Calling’).
Note: a maximum of 200 free minutes of national and Trans-Tasman long distance calling per service per month applies to ACN-2ACN Calling. International call rates to Australia^ (as per your Service Plan) apply for all minutes of duration beyond this maximum benefit. The ACN-2-ACN Calling benefit is pro-rated according to the portion of the invoicing period (based on a 30 day period) over which the Toll Service was active, or the Service Plan applied, as appropriate.

Unlimited Calling
Where your Service Plan provides Unlimited Calling to geographic numbers in Australia^, such calls will not incur a minimum initial charge for the initial minute of duration and no additional duration charges will apply for the subsequent 59 minutes of the call (refer Service Description, clause 2.3.4, ‘Unlimited Calling’). Standard
International call rates to Australia (see Table 2 below) apply to all minutes of call duration thereafter.
Where your Service Plan provides Unlimited Calling to other nominated international destinations (see Table 1 below) calls to geographic numbers in these destinations will not incur a minimum initial charge for the initial minute of duration and no additional
duration charges will apply for the subsequent 59 minutes of the call (refer Service Description, clause 2.3.4, ‘Unlimited Calling’). Standard international call rates to the relevant destination (Table 2) apply to all minutes of call duration thereafter.
Note: Our offer and your use of ‘Unlimited Calling’ is subject to ACN’s ‘Unlimited Calling’ Reasonable Use Policy (RUP) as set out in clause 2.3.4 of the Service Description. A maximum of 5000 minutes of free calling per service per month applies to Unlimited Calling. Standard international call rates to apply for all minutes of duration beyond this maximum benefit.
