Preface

The 6th International Conference on Communications, Signal Processing, and Systems (CSPS) is held at Harbin, Heilongjiang, on July 14–16, 2017.

Harbin is the capital of the Heilongjiang Province, with a population of 5.3 million and covering an area of 18,000 square kilometers. Located in eastern Songnen Plain, it is a rolling land with low hills and shallow valleys and crossed by the Songhua River. It is one of China’s key industrial bases, with machine building industry as its mainstay. Harbin is known as the commercial center of the Heilongjiang Province as well as the communication hub in Northeast China.

CSPS 2017 brings together Chinese and international researchers and practi-tioners in communications, signal processing, and systems.

The accepted papers of CSPS 2017 are from various regions around the world, which includes nine different technical sessions, namely‘Wireless Networks,’ ‘GIS & Signal Processing,’ ‘Wireless Communication,’ ‘Radar Techniques,’ ‘Digital Signal Processing, Digital Image & Video Processing,’ ‘Circuit Processing System, System Design, Coding, Encryption & Algorithm Design,’ ‘Patten Recognition, Deep Learning Automata & Networking,’ ‘Sensor Networks,’ and ‘Positioning & Tracking.’

The technical program team did an excellent job in soliciting submissions, coordinating the review process, and promoting the technical program. We would like to thank every one of them for taking leadership roles in organizing the various aspects of the technical program.

Also, we would like to express our thanks to all members of the organizing committee and all the volunteer reviewers who have been working hard days and nights for this conference. Welcome Message from the General Chairs

It is our great honor and pleasure to welcome you to Harbin for the 6th International Conference on Communications, Signal Processing, and Systems (CSPS) held during July 14–16, 2017. During this conference, scholars and practitioners from all over the world in communications, signal processing, and electronic systems will get together in Harbin.

Harbin is known for its cold winters and is called the‘Ice City.’ It is very much influenced by its Russian past. As one of China’s most beautiful cities, known as the ‘Oriental Paris,’ it is well known for its unique, Russian- and European-influenced architecture. The whole city is a veritable museum of European architectural style, including Baroque and Byzantine façades, Jewish architectural wonders, little Russian bakeries, French fashion houses, American snack food outlets, and Japanese restaurants. The Russian Orthodox Church, St. Sophia Cathedral, is one of the most famous scenes in the city.

CSPS 2017 is organized by an international team. The conference features nine technical sessions and three keynote sessions. We invite you to join us by attending the technical and social events held in CSPS 2017.

On behalf of the Organizing Committee, the Technical Program Committee, and all the volunteers that have been working hard for this conference, we warmly welcome you to CSPS 2017 and hope that you will enjoy the conference and the beautiful city in which it takes place.
