For inclusion on the UCI International BMX calendar, the organiser shall submit documentation including the following information:

The Rules

The provisions of the latest version of the UCI’s BMX Rule Book apply with a few amendments as follows:

Gate start and track section

Elite men and Junior men race from 8 meter gate and pro-section.

Elite women, Junior women and SX challenger open race from 8 meter gate and challenger-section.

Challenger and cruiser race from 5 meter gate and challenger section.

Front and side plates

These should be in accordance with 6.1.072 of the UCI BMX Rule Book. Since photo-finish is in operation each bike entered into competition MUST display a lateral (side) number plate located just behind the steer tube. The number shall be black on a white background with a minimum height of 8cm and a width of 1cm.

The organisation will NOT provide either number plates or lateral (side) plates. Riders should bring their own plates

Rider Numbers

This should be the UCI career number, if any, for elite classes.

Challenge can use the International European Number assigned by the UEC Race Administrator. Danish challenge riders can use national number assigned by Danish BMX. If more riders have same number, then the Danish riders has to take a "0" in front of the number.

It is the responsibility of the rider to ensure that they have the correct number on their plates. An incorrect number or no number means that a rider will not be allowed to start.

No change after registration

If five or more riders register for a category and are confirmed during the riders registration Saturday the race list (motos etc) will not be changed in those cases where injury or illness prevents riders from actually engaging in competition.

Challenge riders must be attention to following UCI rules:

 All aged are allowed to use clip pedals accordance with UCI.

 No B-finale for classes over 8 riders (different from national race in Denmark)

 Classes with under 9 riders have 3 heat and no finale (different from national race in Denmark)

 Five riders to open a class

Combined classes Championships classes

Championships classes or challenge classes can be combined during the following basis:

 The results are split in two separate classes based on the results summary.

 Riders get the ranking points that correspond with the place in the separate results.

 The riders are awarded the prize money that correspond with the place in the separate results

Women

If less than five riders register for a category elite women or junior women, they will be combined.

If less than five riders register for a category elite women AND junior women, they will be combined with women 15yrs+. The race will be from 5 meter gate start.

Men

If less than five riders register for a category elite men or junior men, they will be combined.

If less than five riders register for a category elite men AND junior men, they will be combined with men 15yrs+. The race will be from 5 meter gate start and challenger section.

SX Challenger open

Women and men are combined. If less than 5 riders the classe cannot be open. Riders can race in women 15yrs+ or men 15 yrs+

Challenger and cruiser

Five riders shall constitute a category. If less than five riders register for a category, they will be combined with an older category.

Combined classes are awarded separately.

6. PRIZE MONEY

Prize money will be awarded in accordance with the schedule below:

Positions 1st, 2nd and 3rd will be awarded on the victory podium immediately after the finals.

All finalists positions 4th – 8th should collect their prize monies at the Office close to the finish line by showing their UCI license after the finals.

Challenge Classes (including Cruisers) - Overall Awards

To participate in the award the riders must have attended and completed both races. Overall result calculated by using the finals results from the two races.

The three best overall for both rounds will receive a trophy. All three receive their trophies on the victory podium immediately after the finals after the second round in Roskilde.
