Amadeus Geo‐Coding enhancement
When performing hotel search requests, RESX provides a
hotel search radius that is determined by user or the
system default of 20 miles. Because some countries are not
supported by Amadeus GEO‐coding, RESX must perform
alternate hotel search requests.
Ticket time limit enhancements
Provide the ability to prohibit the Reserve or Purchase
functions of a reservation when there is not enough time
to ticket based on the Agency Settings of the selected
policy branch. Additionally, RESX to only warn the user
about ticket time limits if the set warnings apply to the
user’s ticket type.
Instant purchase & ticketless carrier
enhancements
Enhance existing RESX functionality to utilize Database
tables instead of hard coded tables for Instant Purchase
and Ticketless carriers; provide the ability to read and
include a form of payment for Instant Purchase and
Ticketless carriers at time of Reserve or Purchase; Queue
these reservations to a dedicated Queue; restrict the ability
to modify and add air segments to a purchased Ticketless
Carrier reservation; display unique icons for these carriers;

One way fares
With the addition of new policy rules, a user may request
available flights priced as one‐way fares. Fares will be
returned in the Priced Air Itineraries.
Look‐up list display enhancement
When look‐up lists are displayed in RESX with more than
1000 line items, excessive memory was being used and
causing server errors.
Air contract enhancements
Ability to apply a primary booking code in conjunction with
additional parameters for an air contract. Will allow
multiple contracts to be run for a given airline and
presented in same display to user.

Amtrak and rail infrastructure
Provides users the ability to shop, book and modify Amtrak
reservations using Sabre.
Preferred vendor by market
Allows companies to bias vendors (air/hotel) by specific
markets and automatically feed updates into the system on
a recurring basis to adjust these biases. Helps corporations
drive volume to a particular vendor and ensure segment
commitments are met.
Enhancements on 508 compliance
User interface (UI) enhancements needed to improve
navigation for the visually‐impaired. Mouse over identifiers
for navigation fields in the traveler UI.
TripSync enhancements
Expand current functionality of Trip Sync to allow a
“match” on a unique identifier other than the primary e‐

Travel policies
The RESX administrative functionality enables market leading customization of policy across any delineation of travelers. Easily integrated with Single Sign On (SSO) to client intranets and with the ability to customize all logos, graphics, colors, text and policy, RESX delivers the ability for administrators to generate a completely customized user experience. Policy is housed at the user level, allowing multiple policies or "user groups" on one site. RESX supports an unlimited number of travel policies with variations based on location, department, executive level, or individual traveler. Provides for detailed policy customizations for company-specific content and the ability to personalize specific profiles based on situation, i.e. class of service upgrade when traveling internationally or because of disability.
Trip templates Supports trip templates, set up by individual travelers for their own use or shared with specific travelers, or provided by the system administrator for
use by the entire company, specific traveler groups, or individual travelers.
Book, modify and cancel online
Allows travelers to book, modify, and cancel reservations online and at any time during the booking process. Based on specific company policies and administrator settings, travelers may currently modify and/or cancel bookings after ticketing. RESX will provide full void/refund/exchange
functionality by end of 2008.
View seat map prior to selection of flights
Provides seat map display prior to reserving selected flights along with the ability to view colleagues' seat locations on the same flight. Restricted seats in selected class of service are shown as such, with company configuration allowing for view of additional classes of services as well.
Seat selection
Allows travelers to select their seat for each leg of the trip, based on specific carrier rules and availability. Also supports an automatic assignment of seats based on user preferences. Travelers can hide their individual seat assignments from other employees; "show favorites" allows arranger to see preference.
Travel arranger functionality Supports travel arranger functionality, allowing authorized arrangers to book travel as well as edit and update traveler profiles.
Coordination with multiple travelers Supports trip templates and the sharing of specific itineraries to help with the coordination of multiple travelers.
Low fare search with contract rates Companies are able to configure RESX to search for the lowest available airfare and to price comparisons based on corporate policy, negotiated rates,

Trip cost estimates Provides a summary of all trip costs, including air, hotel, and car. Additionally, TMCs may choose to provide their service fees in this list.
Hold trip capabilities
"Save Research" capability to allow a traveler or travel arranger to hold trip information without reserving or booking. Additionally, based on company policy, reserved trips may be set to hold, but not ticket, until the last possible moment, thereby allowing the traveler to continue to make changes without cancellation or change penalties.
Apply unused tickets online Today, travelers may be notified of available unused tickets, but TMC interaction is required to apply them to a new reservation. Further integration
of unused tickets is on the development roadmap for inclusion in the shopping and booking workflow by end of 2008. 1

Enter, process and approve expense reports
Built on an open architecture platform facilitating integration with many third-party systems. Current examples include expense management platforms, such as: Necho, DATABASICS, ExpenseWire and Expensables. In addition, the advanced technology of the RESX Web Services enables integration with meetings management systems such as Arceano and SignUp4 and multiple content providers such as Flight Stats, GroundRez, BookingBuilder and numerous other applications. The technology also provides for unlimited profile integration with client or third party systems.
Air / Rail Multi Modal Amtrak is currently available. RESX Technologies is currently evaluating multiple third party providers of consolidated European rail inventory for a
comprehensive offering early in 2009.
Pre-trip approval process

Non-GDS air content
RESX will release direct connectivity with Air Canada in Q3 2008. The infrastructure developed to support this direct connect enables RESX to connect to any additional suppliers per client demand. Independent of GDS ownership, RESX will aggressively pursue additional direct connects without any potential channel conflict. In addition, RESX provides non-GDS air content through integration with AgentWare. Supports content from 33 airline Web sites, with ability to add others based on client demand.
Non-GDS hotel content RESX currently offers the ability to manually load non-GDS hotel inventory. The open architecture of the solution, and the lack of GDS ownership,
provides RESX the ability to incorporate any hotel availability per client requirement.
Direct link with car providers RESX does not interface with car providers through a direct link; however, it can provide non-GDS car content with direct connections available
through Web Services.

Approval process (workflow & data)
Allows the customization of trip approvals through the approver selection process, the look and feel of the approval email, and via numerous rules and conditions, which can then be applied to the entire company, specific regions, departments, executive levels, or individual travelers. Additionally, system administrators may customize reason codes, allowing travelers to make selections from a drop-down list for out-of-policy segments; certain selections can be set to automatically approve itineraries for certain travelers or traveler groups, or simply provide the reason to the approver in the content of the email.
Site and subsite management RESX Technologies, certified resellers or TMC distributors may completely customize parent sites and sub-sites to meet specific client requirements.
Customization capabilities include: policy, colors, graphics and HTML enabled text.
Languages RESX is available for use in any country with Internet access. Currently supports Dutch, English, French, French Canadian, German, Italian, Portuguese,

SBT dedicated resource allocation A Technical Account Manager is assigned to each client to manage all operational aspects of the relationship, from implementation to on-going service
and support. Sales, marketing and adoption consulting resources are allocated based on individual client need.
Database creation and maintenance
Hosted technology and all related database activity is managed and secured by RESX Technologies. Administrators receive rights to manage and maintain travel policy, company and traveler preferences, as well as a variety of other data within the system. Company logo can be loaded (different logos can be loaded per policy/user group). Site has custom login message as well as "company communication header" for custom messaging on air, car and hotel request pages. Unlimited color possibilities with use of Hexadecimal color numbers. Customization of all text with HTML capability. Site administrators may upload various site replacement graphics.
Training
Provides a five-day administrator training class. Administrator training can also be conducted on-site at client facilities as required. Sales and marketing training and assistance is also provided as needed. Training and / or recorded Web-session available for additional fee. Help screen available.
Documentation Provides system documentation during the implementation and training process, with on-going documentation for upgrades and new releases
available through the assigned Technical Support Manager.
Help desk, navigational support TRX provides system administrator support, with the administrator providing end-user support, including navigational support. RESX will employ
various support models dependent upon the partnership with a TMC distributor, certified reseller or corporation.
User feedback mechanism Provides for user feedback through a link on every page. RESX Technologies manages the feedback for direct clients, and assists in responding when

Customized reporting
In April 2007, RESX integrated with TRAVELTRAX in order to provide agency distributors and corporate accounts with enhanced reporting. Travel managers and system administrators will improve their ability to monitor travel and expense trends through executive dashboards and detailed, traveler-level data.
Consolidated reporting
The TRAVELTRAX reporting platform provides the opportunity for complete back-office data reporting within the RESX application itself. This capability will extend to complete Travel Analytics services, as well as on-line adoption consultation. Fee structure
The standard model consists of a one time implementation ranging from $5,000 - $20,000 dependent upon the complexity of the implementation. Transaction fees range from $3.00 - $4.50 dependent upon committed volumes. RESX applies a monthly minimum commitment on transaction volume which is also dependent upon volumes starting at $500. RESX Technologies also offers an annual flat fee model based on projected transaction and adoption numbers. This model offers corporations the ability to lower their per transaction cost through increased adoption. Web searches are 10¢ per launch searched, regardless of the number of carriers searched. Separate fees apply for Web Services integrations with fees ranging from $250 - $3000 per annum.

Agency controlled preferencing System administrators, which may be RESX Technologies, agency or client personnel, configure RESX to bias the display for any combination of agency
or company preferred suppliers, policies, rules, weighting, and traveler preferences.
Architecture
Utilizes Microsoft.Net and leverages Oracle for the database management system. Hosting facility has multiple redundant internet connections through SBC, Time Warner, XO Communications, MCI, Looking Glass, and Broadwing to AT&T. Level3, AboveNEt, Savvis, Global Crossing, UUNET, and other private peers. Also, infrastructure components are redundant, including servers, firewalls, disk storage subsystems, and network devices.
