As always we would like to remind you of the

importance of children reading to an adult every

night. It is also beneficial to ask your child about

the work / topics they are learning about in

school .

CURRICULUM

Most children were actively involved in their home

learning tasks and so progressed well with lots of

opportunities for family learning and practical activities.

However, as would normally happen after a holiday, not

all children are at the same point and may have forgotten

some of their learning.

To put in the right support for every child we shall be

doing assessments in English and mathematics.

It is important that we start with where the child is at

and plan so that each child makes the best possible
