About This Guide

The BroadWorks Application Server User Web Interface Administration Guide is designed to assist users with all CommPilot Personal web portal functions on BroadWorks. The web portal enables users to self-configure and manage group and personal features in real-time. Detailed instructions for each CommPilot Personal function and page can be found both in this guide and in the online help, available from the Help link on each web page.

This guide assumes users are familiar with the procedures in the BroadWorks Getting

Started Web Interface Administration Guide.

Profile

Once you have logged in to the system, the User – Profile page appears. This is your

Home page. At any time, you can click Home to return to your Home page.

Use the User – Profile menu page to manage your personal profile data.

Use this menu item on the User – Profile menu page to modify your personal information. Information marked with an asterisk is required. You cannot edit read-only information.

Use this menu item on the User – Profile menu to view your phone numbers and other identities that are used to make and receive calls.
