5. MENAMPILKAN SUSUNAN HIERARCHY

Setelah anda membuat hirarchie, anda bisa melihat hasilnya pada display Design explorer

Display > Design Explorer

atau : Display > Advanced Members

6. MEMILIH MEMBER PROPERTIES UNTUK KOLOM

Tekan icon ini

Akan muncul dialog box seperti ini :

Pilih properties sesuai jenis berikut ini :

Specification : American Standard Steel Generic Type : AISC – W Profiles

Section : W8x10 Justification : TOS

Member Line : NA Joint Line : NA

8. MEMBUAT COLUMN MEMBER

Create > Section > Straight

Klik button

Maka akan muncul dialog box untuk membuat koordinat awal

Masukkan koordinat start (E 0 , N 0 , UP 14500) > klik OK

Masukkan arah & panjang batang (U, 1250) > Klik OK

9. MEMBUAT COLUMN LAIN

Create > Section > Straight

Masukkan koordinat Start (E 0, N 7000, UP 0)

Masukkan arah dan panjang batang (U, 9000)

10. MEMBUAT BEAM / GIRDER

Pilih member : DIN Standard, IPE270, TOS/NA/NA

Lakukan seperti langkah no 9 tinggal mengganti arah dan panjang sesuai kebutuhan. Contoh. (S, 100) atau (E, 0) dgn elevasi (UP, 15750)

11. COPY MEMBER

Create > Copy > Offset

Object : CE (untuk satu member saja)

Pick (untuk pemilihan banyak member) Number of Copies : 1

Offset : arah X > jarak 3000 Apply > dismiss

Pilih member yang akan di copy (jadi merah)

Create > Copy > Offset

Object : CE

Number of copies : 1

Arah : Y = 1000

Modify > Sections > Split

Klik member yang akan di potong, kemudian tekan apply tunggu beberapa saat setelah itu klik member yang akan memotong lalu tekan tombol ESC pada keyboard

Kemudian klik member yang akan di potong (akan berubah warna menjadi warna merah) lalu tekan Escape 2x

Section > Tolerances

Connect > Connect

Klik batang pemotong (jadi merah)

Klik batang yang akan dipotong (jadi hijau/pink) Escape 2x

Create > Section > Straight

Ikuti langkah yg sama seperti pada point nomer 8

Gunakan positioning control : Element / Intersection untuk mengambil node

18. COPY MIRROR MEMBER

Klik Batang yang akan di copy mirror Create > Copy > Mirror

Kemudian isi East / North / Up sesuai dimensi yang dibutuhkan pilih batang sumbu mirror

Klik > object > CE (bidang sumbu akan berpindah) Klik > Cursor > Element

Ganti plane direction E Æ enter Klik Apply Æ Dismiss

19. MEMINDAHKAN MEMBER GROUP

Buatlah storage area baru (level subframe) - BEAM

- BRACING - STIFFENER

Modify > Hyrarchy > Include

- Klik batang yang akan di pindahkan - Klik grup batang target (BRACING) - Klik CE

- Klik batang yang akan di pindah - Klik include

20. MEMBUAT CONNECTIONS BEAM TO BEAM

Modify > Joints > Specification

Klik ujung batang yang akan diberi endplate

Setting Joint Specification :

Specification : Beam-Beam Connection Sub-type : Beam to beam type A Justification : NA

Cut back : 0 Beta Angle : 0 Klik OK

Klik ujung batang yang akan diberi endaplate Klik Apply

Dismiss

Pada command line ketik

- GOTO JOIEND > ENTER > klik member yg akan disambung

- Q POSL > ENTER > akan muncul tulisan Posline NALO > edit menjadi NAL > ENTER Setelah itu dilanjtukan dgn EXTEND (lakukan seperti pada langkah 15)

Untuk connection yg sebaliknya ikuti langkah diatas lalu Pada command line ketik

- GOTO JOISTART > ENTER > klik member yg akan disambung

- Q POSL > ENTER > akan muncul tulisan Posline NARO > edit menjadi NAR > ENTER Setelah itu dilanjtukan dgn EXTEND (lakukan seperti pada langkah 15)

Thickness of plate : 10mm Distance from BOS : 10mm Klik OK > Apply
