Installation procedure
1. Required configuration
► Minimum Windows version : XP SP3
► Minimum Framework .Net version : 4
► Minimum Internet Explorer version : 9
► Minimum Java version : 7
► Minimum Acrobat Reader version : 10
In case you don’t already have it, the setup will install automatically Windows Installer. The setup will detect if you have the rights to install it. If not, you will have to connect as an administrator to proceed to the installation.

b. Optimized configuration for Java :
Several solutions:
a. Control panel/java/advanced/java plug in/enable the next generation java plug-in -> uncheck
b. Control panel/Java/Advanced/Security/Mixed code (sandbox vs trusted) security verification -> disable
Note: Points c. and d. are to use as a last resort.
c. Delete the certificate then delete java from computer. ->> Then reboot and reinstall.

2. Installation
Download the WS/D MASTER installation setup from our website, in the download section thanks to the following link: http://www.logaviv.com/support.aspx

Click on execute the program
► Installation assistant :
Click on « Suivant »
Click on « J’accepte les termes de la licence » and click
Then choose the destination directory
of the program then click on « Suivant »
Choose the shortcut’s name of WS/D and click on
The following step is a setup page that concerns only multi-users installation. If it’s not your case, do not modify anything and click on “Suivant”
Then, the setup will detect other running software avoiding the installation process. It will try to end up these applications. Once it will be done, the page below will inform you that the setup is ready to begin the program copy and you will have to click on « Suivant » to start it.

Once the installation done, please insert a
login and a password (use yours
if we didn’t communicate one to
you), then click on « Suivant ».
Before to quit the installation, you need to transmit us your identification key related to your computer as well as your login and password if you have used yours.
, click on « GetKey » and copy-paste the appearing key into an email to
[email protected] or communicate it to us by phone at 0033153991919. Once it is done, click on “Terminer” to quit the installation program.
At this step the installation of WS/D MASTER is over. Now you need to contact us to verify that your account has been well activated.

3. WS/D MASTER setup
To access to WSD preferences, click on « Tools >> Settings »
► « GENERAL » Tab
Those information are already present, there is nothing to modify in this
area
