Changes to our product range effective from Monday 15th August 2016

First time buyer (FTB) Products

• £1,000 cash back with selected rate increases to FTB products (includes New Build, Help to Buy equity loan, Affordable

Housing - Shared Equity / Shared Ownership (SESO) but excludes Self Build.)

o 2 year and 5 year fixed 60% LTV rates increased by 0.10%

o 2 year fixed 75% LTV rate increased by 0.15%

o 2 year fixed 80% and 85% LTV rates increased by 0.20%

o 2 year fixed 90% and 95% LTV rates increased by 0.10%

o 5 year fixed 80% LTV rate increased by 0.05%

o 5 year fixed 85% LTV rate increased by 0.10%

o 5 year fixed 90% LTV rate reduced by 0.20%

o 2 year tracker 60% LTV rate increased by 0.35%

o 2 year tracker 75% LTV rate increased by 0.40%

o 2 year tracker 80% and 85% LTV rate increased by 0.45%.

Homemover (HMV) and remortgage (REM) products

• All tracker rates increased by 0.25%.

End and complete by dates

• End and complete by dates extended on all products by three months of the relevant year

• Help to buy mortgage guarantee scheme all products now complete by Tuesday 28 February 2017.
