TENS

DEVICE FOR LOCAL ELECTRONIC ANAESTHESY

TENS (Transgingival Electronic Nerve Stimulation) is a

method for local anesthesia, works with low current impulses,

which change their frequency and intensity. The active, soft

electrode is placing on the gingiva at the apex zone of a

treated tooth.

The passive electrode is upon the wrist of the right hand. By

a remote control the patient controls intensity in accordance

with his perceptions. The low current impulses block the
