We have been building, creating, and developing innovative, unique technology solutions since 1995. Our goal is to come up with ideas that can help businesses, banks, cooperatives, and consortiums increase efficiency though easy-to-use systems. For us, “doing business” is our end rather than our means and the upshot of this is that we do what we do with commitment and passion.

We have always worked alongside leading companies in the IT sector, including IBM and Microsoft, in order to boost our skills and build products that reflect our customers’ needs. The steady growth experienced by our business and our membership of CPL Concordia group (a multi-utility cooperative with 1,500 employees currently on its books) shows that we are on the right track.

More than just selling to our customers, we want to work with them. We maintain ongoing relations with our software’s users, in an endeavour to understand how to improve our solutions. The only limit to our solutions is finding a precise application for the new ideas that come to us. This is the goal that our team of software designers strive for every day, as part of a process that ensures they “grow” alongside our solutions.

Adottando interfacce web standard, supporta tutti i principali browser e non necessita alcuna installazione sul PC locale. La scalabilità è garantita da tecniche di progettazione MVC (separazione fra logica applicativa e interfaccia utente) e dall’utilizzo delle ultime tecnologie legate al prodotto. Assemblea is a software that allows users to manage members meetings and AGMs in publicly owned business entities, such as banks, companies, cooperatives, etc. This client/server system offers users real-time management of meeting events, such as access, attendance, and votes, also monitoring when members or shareholders join or leave the meeting, using a highly intuitive interface. Assemblea offers the opportunity to integrate technology solutions such as tablets, RFID systems, barcode systems, and scanners, in order to monitor the influx of members and shareholders and voting results in real time.

ADDitioN

Addition is a web application which utilises all the capabilities offered by IBM Lotus Domino in order to manage business documents and processes within a secure, integrated, collaborative system. This enterprise-class solution supports a large number of users and considerable volumes of content, guaranteeing maximum security at all times. What’s more, the application offers users the opportunity to design dynamic workflows in order to automate document processing and handle more complex business processes.

coorDiNAte

Coordinate is a system that allows companies to monitor trouble ticketing, encompassing issues ranging from CRM to knowledge management. The application is designed and built to ensure shared global request management, from receipt of the request to closure of the problem, and can be used within even the most complicated organisational frameworks, consisting of multiple partner companies. Customers can report problems and submit support requests or requests for additional functions, through an extremely user-friendly web-based system, via either email or SMS.

This means that we want to build not only software that works well, but also an ongoing, daily dialogue with the leaders of the companies with which we work. As well as writing code, we listen to what the companies are saying and we share their goals, in a bid to accomplish increasingly efficient systems, where they are really needed.

on unique ideas. It is not easy, but we have chosen to invest time and money into giving our customers something new that really meets their needs. We build software that operates in Windows and Mac environments and solutions that can be used on PCs, smartphones, and tablets, and we specialise in the development of collaborative systems based on the IBM Lotus Domino platform. We prefer to produce ideas rather than follow philosophies.

We are always ready to take on new challenges, whether they come from banks or cooperatives, companies or consortiums, or even public entities and foundations, based both in Italy

and abroad. Being part of a large group, like CPL Concordia, means we get the chance to really hear what the market is saying and then use that to the benefit of our customers.

We are very proud of the creativity of our software designers, who are young professionals and experts that work together within an atmosphere of reciprocal cooperation and support. These are not empty words. During the difficult times when our area was hit by an earthquake in 2012, we all carried on working, side by side, in temporary facilities set up outside the buildings on our premises. Because building software is not only our job, it is our passion.
