Signicant changes in electrolyzer design have resulted in working machines that demonstrate over 100% OU (over-unity) energy output when using Faraday and Thermody-namic Laws. A form of electrolysis that uses vibrations and high potential, low current DC electronic circuitry to split water produces a new series of gases not yet fully dened. These gases pro-duce pits in the stainless steel plates similar to the damage done to propellers by cavitation bubbles. The bubbles form a torus and collapse creating a Le Clare effect water crystal or a plasmoid Exotic Vacuum Object. All of the energy of the collapsing bubble is concentrated into a re-entrant jet. The extreme pressure in the jet creates a new solid-state of water, a water crystal with a plasma bow shock wave which draws in ZPE! The water crystals can form small rings, trapping the energy in a metastable torus form.

Cycling the water repeatedly through the electrolyser inte -grates it’s energy content, producing an ever increasing en-ergy level. With water which is sufciently charged, spray-ing it as a mist into the carburettor of an engine can give the illusion that water is a fuel!

Since the 1950s, scientists have known that the Earth and the human body naturally resonate at the Schumann Resonance 7.83 Hz. Areas of the body exhibiting pain and/or inammation (or imbalance in other ways), no lon-ger vibrate at this frequency. New physics shows that the quantum energy of space, zero point energy, is the power that leads to and sustains magnets. The energy exchange with the vacuum background photons, elec-trons and posielec-trons account for the magnetic moment of the electron. Per-manent Magnets are a collective effect of these magnets moment of the elec-trons in the material.

New magnet research on magnets, especially in the context of the Coler generators and Coler magnetic current device will be presented. An update will be given on the Coler current ap- paratus that was built. One feature of Coler´s device is that the electric cur -rent is passed through a magnetized ferromagnetic magnet. An extraordi-nary current was found and studied.

In the late 1980’s, an amazing FREE Energy/Overunity device was demon-strated by retired MIT Electrical En-gineer graduate and inventor, Floyd “Sparky” Sweet. It was called the Space Quanta Modulator (SQM) and later known as the Vacuum Triode Amplier (VTA) by energy research-er, Tom Bearden. According to Tom Bearden’s research, Gabriel Kron, the inventor of the Negative Resistor, mentored Floyd Sweet. Floyd worked with Gabriel at the same company, and knew the secret behind the Negative Resistor.

Floyd demonstrated his SQM device produced in excess of 5,000 Watts of electric power from the Dirac Sea of Negative Energy (Dark Energy) with as little as 10 V_rms at 1 mA_rms (10 mW) of electric excitation at 60 Hz. The device had an incredible power gain or Coefcient Of Performance (COP) greater than 500,000! This translates to an astonishing electrical efciency of over 50,000,000%. This device is no doubt the ultimate FREE Energy device ever created by man – without question!

Since that time, attempts have been made to replicate Floyd Sweet’s breakthrough device, but without suc-cess until now. Planets and stars remain relatively stable in their orbits, although it is unclear how the laws of gravity alone explain this, because gravity is only an attractive force. Orbits of man-made satellites around Earth must be periodically corrected by ring thrust-ers because their orbits are unstable. Indeed, in order to retain our present concept of gravitation, conventional science proposed that over 80% of the mass of the universe consists of dark matter. Although dark matter cannot be directly observed, it is now thought

to be the “glue” of the cosmos.

By contrast, the Electric Universe the-ory proposes that the heavenly bodies

are electrically charged, either posi-tively or negaposi-tively. Since electrical forces can be attractive or repulsive, a stable orbit is achieved. Using electro-static calculations a model of cosmic bodies based on electrostatic potential wells is presented and compared to as-tronomical observations. We propose that Electric Universe concepts may be related to Tesla’s research on

har -nessing energy from space.

Lastly, a new model of our Milky Way is presented in which a super-massive object at the center of our galaxy is a matter-to-energy converter that bathes all celestial bodies in the galactic plane in a vast neutrino ux. The more mas-sive a body is, the more neutrinos it absorbs and converts to heat.

Have you ever wondered how UFOs that y at thousands of miles an hour stop instantly and change directions? Both questions may have the same answer related to stopping the ow of gravity and inertia. This seminar will give you a theory of how this all works at the particle level.

Gravitational shielding refers to the hypothetical process of shielding an object from the inuence of a gravita-tional eld. If such processes existed, they would have the effect of reduc-ing the weight of an object. Gravity Cloaking would stop the effects of both gravity and inertia. I don’t believe it is theoretical or hypothetical, but that it has been done for thousands of years. To understand gravity cloaking, you need an understanding of gravity and

inertia. When Issac Newton discov-ered gravity, he called it a natural attraction objects have for one another. There were two ideas for that natural attraction, gravity is a force that pulls or gravity is a particle that pushes. We will be discussing gravity as a push. So, for gravity to be a particle that pushes, an atom would have to have gravity particles going to it and through it. If you stop the ow of gravity, you would stop the effects of gravity. A device that stops this ow would be called a gravity cloaking device. Our new atomic model (the key ring atom) allows us to demonstrate how to stop the ow of gravity through the key ring atom. While I believe there are many ways to do gravity cloaking, but we will only be discussing two! Well known for research in

Electro-gravitic systems – Russell has been building and ying Biefeld-Brown Ef -fect “beamships” for years, and built a working replication of TT Brown’s rotating disk experiment back in the 1980′s, but his real passion has always been for the Searl Effect Generator and the Searl IGV – also dubbed the “Levity Disk”.

As a student of John Searl, Anderson schooled himself on the principles be-hind the SEG and IGV, and describes the operation of the Searl Effect Gen-erator in detail while providing astute comparisons to both linear motors and other reported antigravity devices. Anderson’s expertise is not just in understanding what makes the Searl Effect Generator operate, but in under -standing how it compares to similar

devices in its class. Anderson’s exper -tise in SEG theory and design have led to manufacturing improvements that allow the Searl Effect Generator to be constructed by a machining process from the Neodymium metal, rather than the sintering process originally pioneered by Searl himself. Ander -son describes recalculating the “Law of the Squares” to accommodate for Nd-Nickel alloy that he introduced to make this possible, and describes his excitement at this modication becom-ing a standard part of the Searl Effect Generator manufacturing process. This presentation should leave no doubt in anyone’s mind that elec-trogravitic propulsion is real... and achievable with today’s technology! The Toroidal Magneto-Static Generator

(TMSG) conceived under the prin-ciples of the SEG and Rodin Coil represents a new generation of more efcient electrical devices. It is a linear induction motor that works under the same principles of a brushless electric motor. Circular with broadly the same geometry of a Searl Effect Generator (SEG), it differs by using only one ring instead of three. The TMSG is enclosed in a starship Rodin Coil that functions as a magnetic prime mover of cylindri-cal capacitor-rollers rotating around a xed stator ring free of mechanical wear or friction. The stator and rollers are made of neodymium pole patterns, plastic (PVC), copper, brass, toroidal inductors, capacitors and diodes. Both stator and rollers have a neodymium magnetic eld layer orthogonal to the electric eld of the capacitor-rollers. The capacitor-rollers’ rotation creates a cycloid pattern inside the torus and around the stator. Each roller induce eddy currents with radial electrical po-tentials. As the capacitor-rollers reach the critical speed to initiate resonant frequencies, the generated electrostatic eld is maximum, the rotational mo-tion is in equilibrium and the electrical current inow is at minimum. At the center of the torus the electromagnetic eld has its maximum power, equalling the input power (at minimum) plus the induction of the rollers in motion (at resonant frequency).

According to news reports issued at the time, shortly after he demonstrated this engine and was issued a patent, his daughter was kidnapped by agents of the Third Reich. They demanded he surrender his designs for the engine in exchange for her release. At the behest of the US Government and with the in-terdiction of the FBI, Neal arranged to have his daughter released in exchange for a promise to dismantle his engine and scatter the parts so another such device could not be replicated.

Since Neal dismantled his engine in 1938, no one has succeeded in replicat-ing it. The design developed at Nova Institute of Technology accomplishes this objective by combining several fundamental concepts and components into a single operating system.

Promising ultra-high-performance or new-energy devices are routinely dismissed by physicists and engineers because the performance claims do not make sense in conventional ther-modynamic terms. Therefore, we will review some basic principles of thermodynamics, including the “Three Premises,” relevant to the new-energy experimenter and in particular look at where and how they apply, and where they potentially might not.

Look at the science of measurement making. The experimenter can often use inexpensive equipment like string,

Plasma, the fourth state of matter, is a relatively new eld of study whose boundaries are being expanded by stud-ies made possible by the GEET engine technology invented by Paul Pantone. GEET is based on a self-generated low temperature plasma eld. Since the advent of GEET devices, Paul has dis-covered 181 new phenomena.

There are at least eight “Unidentied Fields of Energy” around the GEET that have been observed. The lack of a common terminology and methodol-ogy makes it difcult to validate and replicate new discoveries. Here are a couple of fundamental observations that are being studied.

When trying to locate where the Re-actor Rod is positioned while running, one uses a hand held digital thermom-eter. When the Thermometer reads it is the hottest, this indicates the center of the Reactor Rod. This is a false read-ing. Even though the Thermometer in-dicates a hot spot, it is not the hottest spot. However, something “inside” the reaction chamber is causing the false reading that allows us to determine that the Rod is at that exact location. Another strange observation is the “Auric Field”. Once a Reactor Rod is used for thirty minutes it holds a signa-ture to indicate if the fuel was matched to the Reactor Rod for maximum ef-ciency. One of the tests to validate the correct length, is by using a compass. When the Rod is “broke in” the compass will show it has a North and South. Maybe it does, or could be it re-ally doesn’t?

The patent described an engine that operates with pressure equalization in a tank which becomes balanced and self-sustaining, producing enough pressurized air to keep the engine running in a way that enables it to power other ‘additional equipment’ at the same time.

Neal’s original patent application was denied because the USPTO had long since adopted a policy which forbade the issuance of patents for what is referred to as ‘perpetual motion ma-chines.’ Neal’s patent was eventually issued, however, because he transport-ed a version of his device to the patent ofce in Washington, DC, and demon-strated to the Commissioner of Patents that it worked.

The existence of ‘Zero Point Energy’ is gaining recognition, however at this point it remains relatively undened. For years, many scientists have been saying that yes, there is an energy out there, that we live in a “Sea of Energy”, but they still do not know what it really is, so we can work with it. When the temperature is reduced to absolute zero there is still a very large amount of energy left in matter or space (vacuum). That energy is dened as Zero Point Energy. An important insight is that it is mostly magnetic in nature, of extremely high frequency and extreme-ly high velocity and that’s one of the reasons we have not detected it. In this presentation, I describe how aether makes gravity work. Matter objects “absorb” aether and in doing so they create gravity. The Michelson-Morely experiments failed because the aether moves “with” the spinning Earth from west to east, with the only rela-tive motion being down as the aether gets sucked into the Earth (as shown by the Pound-Rebka experiments).
