This is caused by a driver conflict between the Sirius/ Cobra driver and the Capture driver [Bug #694] Acquisition related localization not working on (first) startup (Bug #697] – Workaround: reconfirm the
chosen language manually by passing by the settings menu.
Firmware files are included in the installation (Bug #699). Necessary to auto-update HR Slitlamp and Cobra with older versions of firmware.

Known issues
Stingray cameras must be connected on a Firewire-B (1394b) connector. On MS Windows XP SP2 this port will function however as a Firewire-A (1394a) port, with maximum speed of 400 Mb/s1. The same goes for connections with Firewire-A Hub’s. 6-port Hubs are not recommended in any case.

Troubleshooting
After installation you will find two shortcuts to the Phoenix program: it means that you chose to install Phoenix as an upgrade, and chose to install the upgrade for ‘all users’. Since the previous version was installed (by default) as single-user installation, the setup program was unable to uninstall the previous version.
