DESCRIPTION
GENERAL
ON SALE. Centrifudge for fine particle separation in the slurry. Model Hiller DP 45-422 up to 17 m3/h of slurry treatment. Used machine but fully operative, and have been used in several jobs in Spain till year 2010. It have been used less than 1000 operating hours.

Technical description.
•HILLER® • moblle hlgh capacity decanter type DP45422 in slainless steel motor driven. Capacity up to 17 m3/h, up to 6 t/h of solid capacity.
• polymer (nstalation INDAG Flowmix 325
• feed pump as suspension pump, type eccentric conveyor pump • crusher Seepex, type 50 U maceralor, ¡nslalls before pump • doslng pump for chemicals, if necessary,
• double wave conveyor for segregated solid material phase, screw conveyor installed under decanter throw, product throw appr. 1.200 mm roller ground, wilh transfer on floaling screw conveyor
• Floatlng screw conveyor on the back vehicle end with hydraulic height regulation.
•Tromell, Bowl, slurry pump, polymer dosing and screw conveyors are fully controlled with Siemens Simatic S7-300 with screen Simatic OP-7. Machine can operate in FULL AUTOMATIC MODE with well known, homogeneous, slurries.

What is included with the centrifudge:
1 ud Centrifudge Hiller DP45-422 in container. Length= 7600 mm, Width= 2550 mm, Height= 2710 mm. Weight= 12500 daN (12500 kg).
1 ud set of hoses DN100 with storz couplings. Transport dimensions Length= 3500 mm, Width= 1000 mm, Height <1000 mm. Weight= 500 daN (12500 kg).
