Participant Fee Disclosure Notice

This Participant Fee Disclosure Notice advises you of information regarding fees associated with your participation in the plan named above (the "Plan"). The General Plan Information section provides general information regarding the operation of the Plan. The Individual Expenses section provides information regarding individual expenses you may incur as a Plan Participant or Beneficiary. The Administrative Expenses section provides information regarding charges for administrative expenses the Plan may incur. You are also receiving a Fee Disclosure Comparative Chart, which will provide additional information about each of the Plan’s designated investment alternatives.

General Plan Information

Giving investment instructions

As a participant in the Plan, you may direct the investment of all sources of money held in your plan account. The investments from which you may choose are listed on the Fee Disclosure Comparative Chart. Your investment elections must be specified in increments as permitted by the Plan and the Plan Administrator on

www.oaretirement.com or the Participant Service Center. Your investment elections will direct OneAmerica to invest your account into the selected investments, which will remain in effect until you change it by filing another direction. Your investment elections may be changed by providing a new election to OneAmerica before 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time (or at such earlier time that the New York Stock Exchange closes) of the effective date of the new election, by logging into www.oaretirement.com or calling the Participant Service Center. OneAmerica is not liable for any loss resulting from your investment election under the Plan and this notice.

Before you make your initial investment in the funds, you may request a copy of each fund’s most recent prospectus or similar investment disclosure, which lists the fund’s annual operating expenses and redemption fees (including short−term redemption fees caused by frequent trading). You may also request copies of (i) any financial statements or reports, such as statements of additional information and shareholder reports, and of any other similar materials relating to the Plan’s designated investment alternatives, to the extent such materials are provided to the Plan; (ii) a statement of the value of a share or unit of each designated investment alternative as well as the date of the valuation; and (iii) a list of the assets comprising the portfolio of each designated

investment alternative which constitute Plan assets and the value of each such asset (or the proportion of the investment which it comprises). To request this information, contact the individual designated by your Plan Administrator identified at the end of this disclosure.

The Plan Administrator is deemed to direct OneAmerica to implement investment elections as you direct. OneAmerica is responsible solely for conforming with directions from you and the Plan Administrator. If you do not follow the applicable investment’s restrictions (for example, if you are found by a mutual fund to be "market timing" in violation of fund policy), OneAmerica and the Plan Administrator may prohibit you from continuing to invest in or hold certain investments.

It is your responsibility to review the accuracy of your investment elections on the confirmation notice you receive after making an investment election in the investment funds. If the investment election information is incorrect and does not agree with your most recent investment direction, you must immediately notify OneAmerica. Your Plan Sponsor, the Plan Administrator and OneAmerica are not responsible for any losses incurred by your account later than 30 days after the second notice of inaccurate information. Your first notification of the change request occurs as part of the verification and consent menu when logging in to www.oaretirement.com or calling the Participant Service Center. Your second notification is a written confirmation of your change request.

Your plan is intended to constitute a plan described in section 404(c) of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act ("ERISA") and Title 29 of the Code of Federal Regulations Section 2550.404c−1. The Plan fiduciaries, including the Plan Administrator and OneAmerica, may be relieved of liability for losses resulting from your investment decisions under the Plan. The Plan Administrator is a fiduciary responsible for the Plan’s compliance with section 404(c) of ERISA.

Limitations on instructions

You may give investment instructions on any day the New York Stock Exchange is open for business. Any restrictions imposed by the fund company are displayed on the Fee Disclosure Comparative Chart.

(2)

Participant Fee Disclosure Notice Voting and other rights

The Plan Administrator, or individual or institution designated by the Plan Administrator, will exercise any voting or other rights associated with ownership of your investments held in your Plan’s designated investment alternatives. For a Participant who has opened an Individually Directed Account (IDA), the Participant, or if the Participant has retained the services of an investment manager, then the investment manager if so designated, will vote the proxies of investments held in the IDA.

Designated investment alternatives

The Plan provides designated investment alternatives into which you can direct the investment of funds in your account. The Fee Disclosure Comparative Chart lists the Plan’s designated investment alternatives and provides information regarding these alternatives. In the event that you fail, for any reason, to provide an initial valid investment direction, the Plan Administrator directs OneAmerica to invest contributions made on your behalf in the Plan’s default fund investment(s).

The Plan offers a number of model portfolios to Plan participants. These model portfolios − not themselves plan investments − are combinations of select Plan designated investment alternatives.

Model portfolios allocate a participant’s contributions to specific plan investments in predetermined proportions on the basis of the participant’s investment objectives and risk tolerance. By choosing a model portfolio, your investments will be directed into the underlying designated investment alternatives that make up the portfolio. Each of the underlying alternatives has its own investment style, fees and performance which are designated in the comparative chart.

More information about the model portfolios offered by your Plan can be found by accessing your account. Go to the "My Plan" menu, then "Elections" and select the "Managed Portfolio Options". This information describes, among other things, the underlying designated investment alternatives used in the model and the proportion invested in each; information regarding rebalancing including the frequency of rebalancing; and whether models will be applied to existing balances and/or future contributions.

Individually Directed Account option

In addition to the designated investment alternatives listed on the Fee Disclosure Comparative Chart, you may also elect to invest your account balance in an Individually Directed Account ("IDA"), subject to procedures established by the Plan, your Plan Administrator and OneAmerica. An IDA is an account within a qualified retirement plan that allows you to invest in a broad array of investment alternatives beyond those designated by the Plan. These investment alternatives are not prescreened or monitored by your Plan or its fiduciaries, but the categories and types of alternatives may be restricted.

If you would like to open an IDA, or receive detailed information on how and to whom to give investment instructions; account balance requirements, if any; restrictions or limitations on trading, if any; how the IDA differs from the Plan’s designated investment alternatives, contact the individual designated by your Plan Administrator identified at the end of this disclosure, or log into www.oaretirement.com.

If you maintain an IDA, you have the ability to direct a portion of your investments to the core investments, with the remainder to your IDA in increments as permitted by the Plan and the Plan Administrator, on

www.oaretirement.com or by calling the Participant Service Center.

Participant Fee Disclosure Notice

The fees and expenses that may be associated with your IDA include the following:

Amount Reason

5 bps Annual IDA Fee

$100.00 Initiation Fee

$150.00 Annual Fee

Individual Expenses

The Plan imposes certain charges when individual participants incur the charges. These charges may arise based on your use of a feature available under the Plan (e.g., termination/distribution fee), or services provided to you (e.g., processing a qualified domestic relations order (QDRO) in case of a divorce). To the extent this fee is not charged against the Plan as a whole, charged against forfeitures, paid by the Plan Sponsor, or reimbursed by a third party, the Plan charges this expense, and any additional charges associated with the use of a feature, directly to the affected individual participant’s account. If you receive a distribution check, and request that the check be reissued to a different payee, the Plan may impose an additional fee of $25.00. In addition, buying or selling some investments may result in charges to your individual account, such as commissions or redemption fees.

The Plan imposes the following charges:

Amount Reason

$50.00 Termination/Distribution Fee

$50.00 Withdrawal Fee

$150.00 Loan Set−up Fee

$350.00 QDRO Processing Fee

$5.00 Periodic Payment Fee

$25.00 Overnight Delivery Fee

Loan set−up fee − additional state or local charges may apply.

QDRO processing fee − additional charges may apply in the case of contested domestic relations order requiring outside counsel. Administrative Expenses

Plan assets may be used to pay the expenses for certain plan administrative and recordkeeping services. To the extent such expenses are not charged against forfeitures, paid by the Plan Sponsor, reimbursed by a third party or paid through a revenue sharing arrangement, your account will be charged for services described based on the allocation method identified in the Administrative Expense Table.

The Plan may incur other expenses (e.g., legal, accounting and audit services). The actual amount of these expenses may vary from year to year. To the extent such expenses are not charged against forfeitures, paid by the Plan Sponsor, reimbursed by a third party or paid through a revenue sharing arrangement, these expenses may be paid from the Plan’s assets and deducted from individual participant accounts on a pro−rata basis.

The actual dollar amount of expenses, if any, charged against your account is reported on your participant statement. As a participant, you pay the cost of the fund’s net operating expense associated with any investment you may select.

The term "pro−rata" describes a fractional amount as determined by comparing your account balance to the plan’s total balance. A fee charged "pro−rata" is allocated proportionately to your account.

To help you better understand how fees are allocated to your account, assume that your account balance is $50,000.00, and the plan’s total assets are $10,000,000.00. Your pro−rata percentage of the total plan is 0.50% (50,000 / 10,000,000). If the specific expense is $2,500.00 annually, your account will be charged 0.50% of this amount or $12.50, or approximately $3.12 per quarter. If the administrative expense is stated as a percentage of total plan assets, such as 0.12%, then the total fee would amount to $60.00, or $15.00 per quarter.

* The Annual Operating Expense (AOE) is the fund’s expense ratio. The Gross AOE is the total expense for the fund, excluding any waivers and

reimbursements by the fund company. As an investor, you pay the fund’s Net AOE, which is the Gross AOE reduced by any waivers and reimbursements.

The Importance of Reviewing Investment Performance, Fees and Expenses

An investment’s past performance is not necessarily an indication of how the fund will perform in the future as past performance does not guarantee future results. Investment return and principal value will fluctuate, so that an investor’s shares, when redeemed, may be worth more or less than their original cost. Current performance information may be lower or higher than the performance information quoted. Diversification does not ensure a profit or protect against a loss in a declining market. You should carefully consider the fund’s investment objectives, risk, charges, and expenses before you invest. Information about these and other important subjects are in the fund’s prospectus, collective fund disclosure, or other applicable fund information, which you should read carefully before investing. If applicable, investment in a money market fund is not insured or guaranteed by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation or any other government agency. Although such fund may seek to preserve the value of your investment at $1 per share, it is possible to lose money by investing in the fund. Fees and expenses are only one of several factors that participants and beneficiaries should consider when making investment decisions. The cumulative effect of fees and expenses can substantially reduce the growth of a participant’s or beneficiary’s retirement account. For further information regarding the long−term effect of fees and expenses, please see the Web site for the US Department of Labor’s Employee Benefits Security Administration:
