3. Deck of Cards- (3 members in each group-10 minutes)
The participants will be grouped into three groups and each group will be given manila paper and deck of cards. They will be asked to classify the strategies according to the learning styles of learners. Let the participants present their outputs.
4. The facilitator will discuss the different strategies appropriate to the different learning styles. e. Sharing: Think-Pair and Share (3 minutes)
The facilitator will give template to be accomplished by the participants for 3 minutes and share it to any members of the group.
f. Reflection: Gallery of Sticky Notes (5 minutes)
The facilitator will distribute the sticky notes and will ask the participants to write word/s that will summarize their reflection. Then, instruct them to post in the Gallery of sticky notes.
g. Application: (15 minutes)
Each participant will use strategies that will cater to students with different learning styles in one learning competency.

Instructions:
FACILITATORS ACTIVITY A. Ice Breaker
Divide the participants into three groups. Provide each group a large shape of flip chart and markers. Let the participants draw a large flower with a center and an equal numbers of petals to the number of participants in each group.
Each member of the group will fill his/her petal with something about him/her that is unique. Physical attributes are not allowed.
B. Motivation
The facilitator will show animated pictures and ask the following questions:
a. Do you have these kinds of students in your class?
b. Can you describe them? c. How do you deal with them? C. Activity 1: Mind Mapping
On the meta card given, write down word/s that comes first in your mind once you hear the term “learning style”.
After activity 1 presentation, the facilitators will process the answers and present some
situations showing characteristics of learners.
PARTICIPANTS RESPONSE
The participants are expected to write their unique qualities in the provided flip flower.
B. Motivation
The participants are expected to answer the questions based on their actual experiences.
C. Activity 1: Mind Mapping
The participants will write word/s that can be
associated with the word ‘Learning Style” in the meta card and post it in the manila paper given.
D. Activity 2: The HAT
The facilitator says, (I will draw your names using the application “The Hat” and answer the following questions inside the fish bowl.
E. Activity 3: Deck of Cards
The facilitator will give deck of cards to the participants and say,” You will classify the strategies according to learning styles of learners. Let the participant present their output.
F. Discussion
The facilitator will process the group presentation output.
G. Sharing
The facilitator will give template to be
accomplished by the participants for 3 minutes and share it to any members of the group.
H. Reflection: Gallery of Sticky Notes
The facilitator will distribute the sticky notes and will ask the participants to write word/s that will summarize their reflection. Then, instruct them to post in the Gallery of sticky notes.
