Material Made from Trash
Constructing and operating buildings account for forty percent of the global carbon footprint. Manufacturing and building processes generate just as much carbon as the operation of a building. We believe to lower the overall carbon footprint in the building lifecycle is to use the material with minimum carbon emission in its production stage. The CO2 generated in manufacturing glass, aluminum, steel and concrete elements cause more carbon dioxide emissions than we can ever save by reducing the energy consumption in lighting, heating and air conditioning. Furthermore, toxic adhesives and materials used either directly or during the manufacturing process make many green building materials become suboptimal choices.
With PET packaging demands continuing on the rise, the world is nowhere close to coming out with effective solutions. Despite the fact that there are multiple uses for post-consumer PET and PE, waste polymers are still not economically valuable enough to stop people from throwing it in landfills and seas. Post-consumer PET can be a resource re-engineered to become a translucent, insulating, light, strong and mechanically recyclable building material. POLLI-Brick™ outper forms conventional solutions both in terms of embedded carbon footprint and operational effi ciency.

POLLI-Brick™ is a revolutionary building material made from 100% recycled Polyethylene Terephthalate Polymer. It is translucent, naturally insulated, and durable. The modular 3-D honeycomb self-interlocking structure makes it extremely strong without any chemical adhesives, while weighing only one-fifth of standard curtain wall systems. The cross-industry R&D hybridization keeps the recycling process economically efficient since POLLI-Brick™ can be mass manufactured on site, dramatically reducing the carbon footprint when compared with conventional glass and steel structures.

Modularization and Customization
With unique honeycomb shape interlocking units, POLLI-Brick™ can be assembled into rectangular panels or any customized shape. It can be tailored to either a simple modular, quick to install, affordable cladding system or a state-of- the-art interactive color LED integrated animated building skin system. Futhermore, the system sustains radical lateral force up to Category 5 hurricanes, without any damage or water seepage.
The performance enhanced films enforce the panel strength while providing extra protection against UV, water and fire. The PC coating makes the POLLI-Brick™ panel scratch-resistant and easy to clean. POLLI-Brick™ can further enhance its environmental durability with biaxial-oriented metallized film to give the building facade and roofing a semi-translucent aluminum finish with unbeatably low carbon footprint.

Super Strong
A POLLI-Brick™ panel can bear up to 3,300 Pascal of destructive lateral wind force with only one-fi fth of the material weight of the standard curtain wall system.
Ultra-light
Not only does the POLLI-Brick™ reduce energy consumption in both transportation and construction phases, but the dead load itself refl ects cost saving potential within the building structure.
Air-insulated
Energy consumption reduced upon cooling/ heating in the operational phase has an R value of 12. (The thermal resistance rate)
Translucency
Attractive architectural feature provides a uniform natural lighting, and reduces the energy consumption for the indoor illumination.
Simple Installation
POLLI-Brick™ is lightweight and self-interlocking which enables easy installation with little to no technology compared to conventional curtain wall systems.
Optional LED+ IT Integration
