Registration Information To Know

1.

You will need 22 credits to graduate.

2.

You will take 6 classes your Freshman year including: English, Math, Science,

PE/Life Concepts, and two electives.

3.

Your teachers and parents will help you select your courses.

4.

Recommendations for your English, Math, and Science class will be submitted

by your current teachers.

5.

Dual Enrollment and CTE Programs are great ways to get a head start on a

post-secondary education.

6.

World Language is not a requirement for graduation, but is highly

recommended for admission to an in-state University.

You will need at least

two years of the same language.

7.

Only choose classes from the green registration card to input into PV Plus via

computer on February 1st.

Do not pick classes from the district-wide catalog.

8.

It is no pass/no play for fall sports beginning with the last quarter of 8

th

grade.

What’s CTE?

CTE means Career Technical Education. In CTE programs students are learning a type of trade that either

provides certification in a specific field or will lead to certification. Students are taught with leading

technologies and current industry standards.
