The experimental results were conducted in a simulation cloud computing environment by generator services and tasks request for consumer cloud. The results show that gives comparator between our strategies and improve activity based costing algorithm.

The proposed solution involves the development of a compliant low-cost system. It is based on the fundamental requirement that such a system needs to provide integration, generalization and inbuilt consent. Integration brings together the technical, managerial and regulatory components of an organisation’s system. Generalization provides all the access control functionalities that are necessary for the system to be useful in a diverse range of organisations. Inbuilt consent ensures that data owners consent to the use of their personally identified data. The Integrated System proposed here uses a Client-Task approach. It is based on the observation that a client is not a user of the system yet has a form of ownership over their personally identified data held within the system. Kata Kunci: TBLT, task, ELLIS ABSTRACT This study aimed at evaluating the implementation of integrated TBLT and ELLIS which emphsized on observing, questioning, exploring, and communicating. The integrated learning had been implemented at two different classes of SMPN 1 Banguntapan and SMPM Piyungan in Bantul regency, Yogyakarta. The task resources were selected from ELLIS units involving sixteen units. Of quesionnaires and interviews, the results indicated that the developed tasks had already met the standard of learning competence at the level. Teachers and students responded in several aspects, namely; learning objective, content material, integrated language skill exercise, and self-evaluation availibility. Thus, the integrated tasks conclusively helped the students achieve better and easier understanding, promotes learning interest, and evaluate their own learning and progress, inasmuch as these tasks equipped with the individual and group exercises. This study implies that combination of TBLT and ELLIS generated better opportunities to create more innovative English teaching.

There is a legacy problem of people and current techniques. Integration issues include: • Task-based design and other software design methodologies. Most compa- nies already have their own design methods. It is unlikely to expect them to easily adopt a new design method. For some industries, object-oriented software design is still new and switching to a task oriented view for the user interface is difficult. Some wonder whether it is realistic to focus so much on the GUI while the software construction part in itself is already complicated enough for practitioners! If task-based design is to be integrated in current software design practice, the position of the TB-UID activities need to be ”positioned” in rela- tion to software design activities. The task modeling and analysis activities can be done previous to or as part of a requirements phase and should not be very problematic. The later activities concerning detailed design and iterative evalu- ation should at least be done in parallel with internal software design. However, this requires that both parallel ”tracks” are consistent with each other which is not a trivial activity.

TEST TASK DESIGN AND SELECTION It is possible to identify two approaches to test task design and selection within the frame- work of TBLA: The first is called the construct-centered approach or the direct system- referenced tests. This approach entails the identification of a theory of language learning and language use as a basis for the test task design and selection. This approach is used with tasks that seek “to establish the general nature of the testees’ language proficiency” (Ellis, 2003: 286). The second approach is called the work-sample approach or the direct performance-referenced tests. This approach involves analysis of the target situation to determine what tasks the testee will need to perform in the real world. This approach is used with tasks that seek “to find out what a learner can do in a particular situation” (Ellis, 2003: 286). It should be noted, however, that the two approaches must be seen as com- plementary rather than mutually exclusive because any successful TBLA ideally requires both approaches.

We have applied the method FAST to our system to characterize the impact of the different parameters used in experimentations on results. Table 1 summarizes the different evaluated parameters with their ranges. The last column presents the impact of each parameter on the system output. It is immediately noticed that the parameter having most important impact on the sys- tem output is the target overhead T O . In our system, the T O is a monitoring constraint set by the operator and can be changed to achieve a given accuracy. We also observe the important impact of the time scale β parameter. Thus, it is so important to set this param- eter at a suitable value in order to address the tradeoff between the long-term and short-term variations and to improve results. The other parameters have a light impact on the behavior of the system (less than 10%).

But in most of the cases either the actual implementation is not available on the Internet or the projects which are available freely are not suitable to our meet requirement of our college’s timetabling problem. Also due to fixed time period, we have decided to develop our own timetabling algorithm tailored to our college’s timetabling problem rather than wasting time for searching various timetabling algorithms or ready to use software. Although during literature survey, we found only one open source software name UniTime available from www.unitime.org to be very impressive or effective to implement. Fuzzy inference is the process of formulating the mapping from a given input set to an output using fuzzy logic. The basic elements of fuzzy logic are linguistic variables, fuzzy sets, and fuzzy rules [32]. The linguistic variables’ values are words, specifically adjectives like “small,” “little,” “medium,” “high,” and so on. A fuzzy set is a collection of couples of elements. It generalizes the concept of a classical set, allowing its elements to have a partial membership. The degree to which the generic element “x” belongs to the fuzzy set A (expressed by the linguistic statement x is A) is characterized by a membership function (MF), fA(x). The membership function of a fuzzy set corresponds to the indicator function of the classical sets. It can be expressed in the form of a curve that defines how each point in the input space is mapped to a membership value or a degree of truth between 0 and 1. The most common shape of a membership function is triangular, although trapezoidal and bell curves are also used. This operation normalizes all inputs to the same range and has a direct effect on system performance and accuracy.

Data porters are intermediate information carrying agent network. Base stations are installed in the centers like municipality or corporation of the city. These station are responsible for receiving these complaints, see their occurrence pattern, schedule men to solve this issue with the help of the proposed algorithm. The problems, if wished, can be escalated department wise also, which increases the speed of the action.

If in case, any SMS from these High priority contacts is received, the application would flash the SMS on the active screen and redirect this High priority SMS to the Priority Inbox.

Currently, developing task- oriented dialogue systems requires creating multiple components and typically this in- volves either a large amount of handcraft- ing, or acquiring costly labelled datasets to solve a statistical learning problem for each component. In this work we intro- duce a neural network-based text-in, text- out end-to-end trainable goal-oriented di- alogue system along with a new way of collecting dialogue data based on a novel pipe-lined Wizard-of-Oz framework. This approach allows us to develop dialogue sys- tems easily and without making too many assumptions about the task at hand. The results show that the model can converse with human subjects naturally whilst help- ing them to accomplish tasks in a restaurant search domain.

In this paper, in response to the above two requirements, based on auction, we propose a merging method between centralized and distributed methods. We make three contributions in this work. Firstly, we propose a dynamic auction method for differentiated tasks under cost rigidities, DAMCR. When the number of tasks waiting to be assigned is up to some certain threshold value, DAMCR is activated. Secondly, we prove that DAMCR is -optimal. Finally, we design detailed experiments and demonstrate the results to analyze our method.
