ON BOARDING PROCESS
This service would need to be discussed with our sales team, An initial meeting to discuss and evaluate clients requirements can be arranged free of charge. Please contact Westgate sales team to organise. Westgate will plan the provisioning the service with the client on receipt of order.
OFF BOARDING PROCESS
30 days from end of contract your organisations data would be removed from our systems. This can be discussed with new providers to reduce the possibility of data loss.
SERVICE MANAGEMENT DETAILS
An account manager will be assigned to oversee the service provided to ensure the highest possible level of service.
