Teacher’s Day is celebrated in India on 5 september every year, in order to pay tribute to the contribution made by the teachers towards the community. On this day, HAPSians took the opportunity to thank their teachers for their seless efforts towards shaping their careers and elevating the education system by performing activities of their interest.

'I am proudly addicted to becoming stronger' Students participating in Fit India Freedom Run appeared to be challenging the pandemic Covid-19 by these words. Mahatma Gandhi once said "It is health that is real wealth and not pieces of gold and silver."
Keeping this in view Hapsians completed their one week journey of "Fit India, Hit India; Fit HAPS, Hit HAPS" on September 20. This journey was full of excitement, enthusiasm, zeal and passion.
Him Academy Public School celebrated Dussehra with a lot of religious zeal and fervour.
The festival marks the victory of Lord Rama over Ravana, the evil King and reinforces the message of the triumph of good over evil.
Students participated in this celebration by making efgies and masks of Lankan king Ravana.

H A P S i a n s c e l e b r a t e d G a n d h i J a y a n t i t o commemorate the birthday of father of our nation, Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi, a pioneer of Truth and non-violence. Students paid homage to Mahatma Gandhi by making colourful paintings, posters and models reecting his life and teachings. They also made an attempt to propagate Bapu's teachings through the medium of dance performances.

Under ‘Ek Bharat Shresth Bharat’ students (grade 10th) of Him Academy Public School participated in an online quiz competition. In this quiz competition ‘Kerala’ acted as partner state of HAPS. In above mentioned quiz competition Arshia& Arul stood rst, AkhilSood got second and Adamya&Athrav bagged third position respectively.

It was time to spark creativity and put on dancing shoes because creativity cannot be quarantined.
HAPS provided an opportunity to all hapsians to showcase their talent by organizing online talent hunt. Winners were adjudged on the basis of number of Facebook likes/shares of a particular video.

Diwali, 'the festival of lights', spiritually signies the victory of light over darkness, knowledge over ignorance, good over evil, and hope over despair. HAPSians celebrated Diwali with full fervour by making beautiful diyas with plastic cutlery, creative candle stands and eye-catching wall-hangings.

Commencement of Khari Kamai at HAPS
To develop the sense of dignity of labour among students, under SEVA (Students Empowerment through Values in Action) program of HAPS, an initiative of ‘Khari Kamai’ has been initiated for three consecutive months i.e. December, January & February. Under this initiative, certain works have been assigned to the students at their homes by their parents and in return for every good efforts of the child parents are giving a small number of rupees to their wards. This collected amount by the children would be donated for any noble cause. The program 'Khari Kamai' is being run in the school since 2017. This whole initiative was commenced under the valuable guidance of the worthy management and staff members of Him Academy Public School

Life is not about possession; it is about appreciation, new hopes and aspirations. Happy New Year-2021.
On the last eve of the year (Dec. 31, 2020), the entire management and all other staff members of the school, conveyed their warm wishes of prosperity and happiness to everyone. Moreover, on this last day of the year, grade 1st to 8th students have done various new year activities and also prepared new year cards at their homes and wished a safe & blissful, healthy and prosperous new year to each and everyone.

Online Workshop on Satellite Technology IDYM FOUNDATION is conducting an Online workshop on Satellite Technology on 26/12/2020 (Saturday) from 2pm to 3pm.
They have reached out to the Students by conducting Workshop in 24 States. They have also hosted Workshop in Maldives.
The workshop is free of cost and the duration is one hour . Students will get a chance to interact with the Scientists from IIT Bombay , DRDO & NASA.

Christmas is for joy, for giving and sharing, for laughter, for coming together with family and friends, for tinsel and brightly decorated packages.
The essence of Christmas came alive at HAPS when the students and teachers got together and shared the merriment. The delightful celebrations included various c r e a t i v e a c t i v i t i e s l i k e snowman, Santa Claus, stars and Christmas tree creation.

On January 02, 2021 an exemplary initiative of online Core Muscles Activity for grade 1st-8th students, was commenced by Physical and Sports Department of HAPS. The main objective behind this initiative is to motivate the students to perform some sort of physical activities at their homes. In the same initiative, all students of classes 1st-8th performed certain physical activities at their homes and uploaded their videos of the performed activity .

During this epidemic time of COVID-19, the festival of Lohri was celebrated by the students of Him Academy Public School with great enjoy and enthusiasm from their homes. On this wonderful occasion of Lohri, students did groundnut & popcorn art at their homes.

Annual Regional Forum 2021 was attended on virtual platform by Principal, Mrs Naina Lakhanpal, RS Rep, Mrs Sunita Sharma in the month of February. This Forum was organised by The Millenium School, Dubai on the theme
"Wellness". Shri Shri Ravi Shankar, and Global Teacher awardee Mr Ranjit Singh Disale were the main speakers.

A virtual MUN was conducted in HAPS Vikasnagar on 23rd January 2021 for classes 7th, 8 t h a n d 9 t h . S t u d e n t s participated in two committees namely- WHO ( World Health Organization) with agenda 'Global immunization and p r e v e n t i o n o f f u r t h e r pendemics' and UNDP (United N a t i o n s D e v e l o p m e n t Programme) with agenda ' Mission 2030: Attaining zero hunger in Africa'. MUN was c h a i r e d b y E x e c u t i v e B o a r d . To t a l 4 0 s t u d e n t s p a r t i c i p a n t s r e p r e s e n t e d different countries.

During this crucial time of COVID-19. HAPS students Celebrated 72nd republic day with fervour and full patriotic zeal. On this remarkable day, student of grade 1st to 8th prepared various thematic paintings and tricolour pin wheel. They also performed a wonderful dance presentation on the theme patriotism.

After a long period of lockdown Him Academy Public School reopened and students were welcomed back to campus!!
Strict safety measures and all necessary protocols related to COVID-19 followed religiously. All classrooms were sanitized and thermal scanners were used for screening of students and staff.

Basant Panchami, a festival which marks the arrival of the spring season and is also celebrated to worship ‘Ma Saraswati’ the Goddess of knowledge & wisdom, was celebrated at HAPS with great enthusiasm. To mark the day, the students of different grades of the school prepared kites, cards and various other thematic paintings whereas some students made yellow paper owers by origami technique (the art of paper folding).

Kala Utsav Competition-2020
It was a perfect blend of wisdom & intellect, experience & practice when Ipshita Pandey &
Dhanusha Rana brought laurel to the school in different events organized by State Level Kala Utsav Competition-2020. Ipshita Pandey of class 12th bagged 2nd position in an online folk song competition and Dhanusha Rana also grabbed 3rd position in an online Classical Dance Competition.

U n d e r - 1 6 , D i s t r i c t A t h l e t i c Championship Gursimran Singh Gill grade 11th grabbed Gold medal in 300 meters and Silver in 800 meters.
Under-14 age group, Krishiv Raj Guru of grade 8th achieved Gold in 60 meters and Silver in 600 meters. With this win, Gursimran Singh Gill and Krishiv Raj Guru cemented their places for state tournament championship.

In MATHEMATICS OLYMPIAD at junior level Ayan Kapil (grade 8th) bagged 1st position and also cemented his place for STATE LEVEL Competition. In ACTIVITY CORNER at junior level Abanshika Sharma (grade 8th) bagged 1st prize and also makes it to the State Level Competition. In ACTIVITY CORNER at senior level Akshat Thakur (grade 10th) got 2nd position and also selected for State Level. In QUIZ COMPETITION at senior level Arul Katna & Atharv Bhardwaj (grade 10th) got 2nd prize. In MATHEMATICS OLYMPIAD at senior secondary level Chavi Awasthi performed magnicently and got 2nd prize.

In this tally other fty-six (56) Students brought laurel by clearing JEE- Mains Examination-2020 and added another success story in the golden history of Him Academy.
