If there was any non-compliance of legal requirements, service users would have

difficulty in accessing the services due to no provision.

What work have you already done to improve any of the above?

All information relating to asbestos, waste & sustainability, transport is available on

the intranet or the shared drive (for those with access). Annual training is carried

out through ARCA for the asbestos section. Sharing of good practice with other

Authorities. Part of the resilience group combined with Neath & Port Talbot. Part

of the election group. Attend Construction Wales meetings. Straplines on

documents.

PI's, Customer Satisfaction Surveys, Audits - Green Dragon and ISO9001, articles

in Open House magazine, Depot Statutory Inspections, Asbestos Licences,

As all information in relation to tenants is held by the Housing Dept we

would have to consult with them to ascertain what information is held and

how this would impact on the equality groups

A lot of the work carried out by the section is a legal requirement. Any gaps

are filled through annual training and briefings.
