This three day program, offered in cooperation with the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), is similar to a condensed version of the two-week Financial Programming and Policies course offered by the IMF. The program will explore core macroeconomic ideas which underlie formulation of economic policies and consistent forecasting techniques for the real, fiscal, monetary, and external sectors as well as the

interrelations among these sectors. The program also includes a series of workshops in which participants are divided into groups, under the guidance of counselors, to
