It’s that time of year again and the 4 of July will be here before we know it. We are currently looking for volunteers withth ideas and time to help us decorate our float and take first prize again in the parade. If you are interested, please let us know. You may leave a message for us with the bartenders and we will respond back to you quickly.
Ladies, we are having an Italian Sub fund raiser at the lodge on June 10. If you would like to volunteer on prep or orders, please let me know.
As a thank you for all of our members who are fathers, we will be hosting a free Bloody Mary and breakfast casseroles for all men to indulge in. Come out and relax and let us spoil you a bit so you can have a wonderful Father’s Day.
As many of you are aware, we have lost a board member for the 2012-2013 board. Lisa Myers has been rehired as the daytime bartender. We are very proud to have her helping out the lodge in other ways. With the vacancy now for the Secretary position, we will be holding nominating committees again to fill this slot as soon as possible. If you are interested, please fill out the form which will be available on the board located in the women’s restroom. I hope to have this position filled before the end of June.

Simply swipe the magnetic strip on your CURRENT Moose Membership Card men and women.
Yes, this is going to be true shortly at the lodge. The Board has approved and ordered a NEW Moose Card Access System.
It will read your dues date on your membership card. If your date is current, the door will open. Works on ALL Moose Membership Cards, not only Dale City members. We welcome all Moose members.
When installed, if for some reason your valid membership card will not work, please give your name and Moose ID number to the bartender and we will order you a replacement card.
However, until then you will need to continue to use your current YELLOW access cards.

“ATM MACHINE”
The Board of Officers approved placing an ATM Machine in the lodge. The machine has been ordered and is due to be delivered and operational by June 1 . st There will be a $3.00 charge per transaction on this machine. The lodge has had several requests from our own members as well as numerous requests from visiting Moose members.
Hopefully, this will make things a little easier for all members to get some cash while they are at the lodge instead of having to drive up the street to the nearest business that has an ATM.
